Booked my vehicle in for an aircon recharge and possible repair on suspension. Dave and his team at Worksop were excellent in their explanation of the problem. Gave me good advice and assistance . Aircon was recharged and working well. Would definitely recommend this branch for future work

Mobile Tyre fitting - Repeated no-shows and no communication. On the 21st July I paid to have 2 tyres fitted and balanced on my motorhome on the 26th July. However on the day, during the arrival window I got a call that the fitter had gone home for the day. The vehicle had a flat tyre on my landlord's drive, and he had only allowed me to keep my motorhome there until the 26th. However, Kwik Fit had sent me £25 back to my card. I didn't get a message or explanation, and rang up to confirm that this was a goodwill gesture. Much appreciated. The earliest booking after that I was offered was Saturday 30th. I negotiated with my landlord to have keep it in place until then. The window of arrival was all day, 8:30-20:30 so I waited at my landlords drive with my phone. I tried ringing to get an estimate of the arrival time, but was told I'd have a to wait. I called again at 8pm to see what was happening, and was told that there was an issue getting the tyres and it wouldn't be happening today. They promised to call me back with more details and arrange another date. They didn't call back on Saturday night, which is fair enough, and I assumed they didn't work on Sundays because I didn't get called then either. On Monday 1st August I tried calling, but got disconnected after waiting 2 hours. I tried again, and emailed. On Tuesday 2nd I got a call that rang off before I had a chance to pick it up, it rang for 2 rings and hung up. I checked the number - it was kwik fit. I had no messages and no emails. I rang back and waited for another hour but didn't get through. My landlord was annoyed, I was annoyed, had spent hours waiting for visits and waiting on the phone while I had paid £240 for a service I hadn't gotten with poor communication throughout. I couldn't even get someone else to do the work, because I still wanted Kwik Fit for the tyre balancing service that comes with it. However, I had to move it from my landlord's driveway. August 3rd, after waiting for half an hour I got through on the phone. Fortunately I was able to cancel and was promised a refund in 3-5working days. August 16th, nine working days later I still didn't have the refund. I rang again, and a lady named Ainsely told me the order had been cancelled. I explained I didn't have the refund though. She said she'd look into it and call me back. She never called back, but I got the refund on the 17th August. Most galling of all, the goodwill gesture was taken out of my refund. So for all the expenses incurred on my part, the inconvenience, the awkward conversations with my landlord, I feel like Kwik Fit had no interest in ever doing the work I paid for, and no explanation given. If Kwik Fit are under-staffed, they need to stop accepting payment for work they can't do. Or raise the prices, hire more people and pay them more. It's supposed to be a national leader.

Flat tyre- drove into Kwikfit Dorking on Vincent Lane with 2 small children in the car and being 8 months pregnant. Very kind man instantly helped me. Found a new tyre, fitted it and had us back on the road within 15 mins. Excellent!

Appalling. Booked online for a full service 5th Aug. Arrived to be told technician off sick for 6 weeks. Despite having my email & mobile number no prior cancellation message to let me know. I booked the service on 9th July & paid the £200 deposit. This is yet to be refunded having been told 3-4 working days.

Stranded with a flat tyre because kwik fit couldn't be bothered to fit it!! Absolutely appalling service from kwik fit in Bath. I turned up with an emergency flat tyre that was unsafe to drive on. I arrived at 15:30 on a Sunday. The worker couldn't be bothered to change my tyre as he wanted to go home early instead. I was left stranded 200 miles from home and had to resort to buying the tyre from kwik fit and using another company (at further expense) to fit it in the kwik fit car park! The change took less than 15 minutes. The technician was also shocked that kwik fit refused to change it. Absolutely diabolical service, avoid, avoid, avoid

Just about to drive to London from Chichester and realised I had a nail in my tyre. Slight panic as it was Sunday afternoon! Called Kwik Fit who said just come along. Got there in five minutes and they mended my tyre in 15 minutes. They were professional and so helpful. Brian and his team are a credit to Kwik Fit. Thank you

We chose Kwik fit because of the initial customer service by NIGEL who understood and gave excellent advice for replacing tyres on our caravan. We booked well in advance of our holiday to allow for any problems. two weeks later two cancellations from the fitters , waiting around and re booking our appointments to fit in with kiwi fit, being told by a fitter that head office said to fit tyres which were 4 years+ old is fine ( we refused), then told that they do bulk order and can't guarantee there will be a new tyre ( considering we ordered new tyres) long waiting from customer services to speak to anyone, being cut off on the phone, one not knowing what the other one's conversation was just a few moments ago. I am fed up - finally TOM with excellent customer services refunded my money with a reference number and I requested to make a complaint to which I was told the manager will contact me and handle the case...........I won't hold my breath. they certainly don't live uptown their name sadly. Advice : when you dial go to the option to book a fitter for your tyre- it's the only one you will get an answer or else be prepared to wait for an hour - ensure you use 0800 too!!

Booked to have my tyres changed on the drive, 2 weeks in advance so they could order the tyres - day of fitting no show, no call, after 20mins on hold was told that they would call me back - 2 hours later was told tires hadn’t come in and they would be out tomorrow, second day exactly the same storey Two days wasted, no calls no communication - appalling service

My Heart Is Bleeding!!! I searched around found the cheapest MOT £30 with Kwik Fit, at the end I spent just under £1000!!! Their service was no problems, but I spent too much, I am broke ! I have tried to book for a cheapest MOT of £30 then I found Qwik Fit, then they suggested on the website said doing MOT and a Full Service would safe money, and then I went for MOT and Full Service. My car is MINI Cooper 2017 which is quick new with a very lower mileage when my late husband bought it two years ago. After I took the car in, they call me said my brake had serious problems, and my car has a lot of other problems too, brake must be changed, otherwise will be so danger for my safety, I agreed it was danger for me. At last,costed me just under £1000.00! And they were very kind to give me £14 discount back. I have checked on google, the parts for the car they changed for me are quick cheap online, does any one can tell me whether mini cooper has special part much more expensive than others showed online? And my car is quite new, and it has never had any badly collision. We bought from a BMW mini cooper proper dealer garage in Yovil. I am unemployed, can't find a job, jobs everywhere i saw, no one wanted to give me a job. I am ill since my husband die and waiting for a surgery, I worked so hard for selling my husband's old things for my daily living, in 3 and 4 months I made nearly £1000, which needs to deduct the patrol costs, the postage, wrapping materials, I don't know how much left. I've never bought a burger, a cup of tea from the Carboots sell, always brought some my own food or starving waiting to be back home cook for myself. We have a house for sale but haven't got a penny from it, even when i get it, I will share the founds with step daughter and sons. But I have to spend my own saving for a four bedroom house which I only need a room, or even a bed. The thing is: did this car really need to change everything and spent that such a large lump of bills? Maybe people think why I drive a good car. Because my husband had carcer, needed me to take him very far away for his chemotherapys, that was why he bought a very reliable car, with the lowest mileage on the market at that time incase the car had problems, disrupted me to take him to hospital immediately for his bleeding as well. So my car I can see is quite reliable. I will attach my bill here, hope some kind of people could help me check whether they overcharged me for the units.

saturday morning my brakes failed. I booked the car in that morning and pads and discs all done by midday. Quick and efficiant and great customer service. thouroughly reccomend Kwikfit on newton road Torquay. Have been there quite often in the past and always happy with the work, well done guys.

2 tyres ordered yesterday to fit today. Went today, 1 tyre changed, said he couldn't get the locking but off 2nd wheel. I actually watched him use his power drill to try to remove locking nut. The key was totally stripped and now useless. He blamed whoever's tightened the nuts on the last change had done them to tight. I have had my car 6 years and never a problem with locking nuts. Needless to say I went elsewhere for 2nd tyre. I ordered mid range tyre and was given , according to 2nd tyre firm, a budget tyre. £90. Fitting was £17. I thought fitting was included when you bought a tyre. Never again. Will make a point of seeing manager.

The guys at Newton Aycliffe Kwik-Fit were amazing. I had a tyre replaced and nothing was too much for them. They were super quick and super friendly. Questions I had were answered with an honest response. Well recommended. Thanks lads.

Largs branch were supposed to align my wheels, however they tried not to give me the print out of the before and after results which they are supposed to provide. I had to push hard to get the prints, however they were not properly filled in and had someone else’s registration number on my print. I assume the job was never done and I was fobbed off with someone else’s results. Customer service just keeps asking for online forms to be filled in but never replies, complete waste of time and money. Go to your local garage, these guys are con merchants. Next stop for me is trading standards !

Quickfit, went there for tracking after fitting new steering rack, he twisted the rubber gator's up and the steering wheel was still of. Rubbish job, and quite frankly a total bunch of cowboy's, quickshit would be a better name.

Kwik fit Telford DON'T GO THERE. I was there for a wheel alignment on first day they turn my of second day again the guy it wasn't there 3rd time I managed to go on ramp. For a wheel alignment the guy use a bar ????? After he call me to show that my mechanic forgot a screw loose and he can't touch it and I have to go back to him and after to come back to Kwik fit. I went to my mechanic and he tell my that he didn't have nothing to do with that screw. So they do it on purpose putting danger my life and my 2 years old dother just because they don't want to do it.

I visited Kwik-fit in Cleveleys near Blackpool as I had a puncture and was told to come back another day , on my second visit I waited 2 hrs to have this puncture repaired The office staff would walk past you never making eye contact not giving time to request how much longer you would have to wait , eventually the work was completed I paid their invoice and was told I would receive an email receipt , which I have never received to this day, Last week I returned to this outlet to have a puncture Repaired and was told they haven’t time to repair it , as in most cars these days I don’t have a spare wheel, they didn’t care if I was stranded staff friendliness and helpfulness is a 0 only interested in selling tyres , I would never set foot in any of their outlets again @ #crapcompany

Recently had an emergency with my tyre on a Sunday afternoon. Went into Bromley Branch and they were amazing. They were extremely courteous and extremely helpful. Thank you to the Manager who come to my aid and helped me out.
