"Don't use Kwik Fit !\r\n\r\nDon't use Kwik Fit !! As a company they have zero customer service. People lie and as a result I have had to pay \u00a32,927 to fix my car after damage this was done at the Leamington Spa Branch 28\/08\/2024. Branch have accepted liability and told me to get it fixed and send invoice once work is completed to them settle the claim (Have evidence) But Kwik Fit Operations have denied any liability and even made things up. After weeks of trying to get a reply they only came back when I said I was seeking legal advice."

"A funny thing happened to me at Kwik Fit recently. I took my car in for an MOT on June 12, 2025, and it failed due to a worn tyre and a rod end ball joint dust cover. They quoted me around \u00a3500 for the necessary repairs, which I paid. They changed three tyres, including the nearside rear tyre, and then retested the MOT.\r\n\r\nHere's where it gets interesting: despite supposedly changing the nearside rear tyre, they added an advisory note about a nail in that very same tyre! Now I'm left scratching my head, wondering if they actually did the work or if I'm just out \u00a3500 for nothing. I have all the evidence and the invoice to back this up.\r\n\r\nIt looks like they didn\u2019t do my first MOT properly and failed it just to make money on repairs. On the retest, they seem to have just copied and pasted without properly checking it. This whole experience has left me questioning their competence and honesty. I would advise others to be cautious and maybe think twice before using Kwik Fit for their MOT and repair needs."

"Another great review incoming for Craig and his team. After previous excellent service with puncture repairs we brought another vehicle in with two tyres losing air. Left there 1\/2 hour, call back, they'd found a metal drill bit in one tyre needing to be replaced and another tyre with puncture. FAST EFFECTIVE. They're replacing\/repairing tyres as needed today. \r\nUpdate as I write - They've already fitted new tyre, all done in an hour or so. Came with emailed thorough analysis at all four corners with photo's inc' the offending tool bit stuck in tyre. New Yoko' rubber fitted, good brand. Job -trouble shooting 4x tyres, fitment of new tyre, repair and advisories, done in 'Kwik-Fit fast TIME; all at a good price too. Happy customer again."
