“Laptops direct didn't make me happy!!! Actually we are shocked if I'm honest, we have purchased a Laptop and paid for PRE 12 delivery £19.99, laptop didn't arrive before 12:00 and the very helpful Chat support offered me £5 refund, so a) not delivered pre 12, b) £5 refund for my £19.99 pre 12 delivery, making me very angry and then she increased the refund to £10, basically checking with trading standards and not expecting you to reply but will probably not buy again”
