“The ease of use of the website got me off to a good start and I was then impressed to receive a follow up call to ask if any further help was needed in making my choice. This was not a pushy sales pitch but a genuinely helpful and friendly contact. When I made my choice and bought the laptop, delivery was very quick, the quality of the laptop is excellent and the speed of dealing with a minor problem with the order was excellent”

“Very happy with the laptop and the service. When I came to this page I saw a warning saying the firm is cherry picking good reviews. That is certainly not my experience. When they asked me to leave this review they had no idea whether I was a happy customer or not.”

“WHERE DO I START? Arrived quicker than I had expected, which brought a big smile to my face. It was delivered by DPD and came in perfect conditions (no dinks or bonks on the box/packaging). My monitor works, looks great and was excellently priced. I have purchased from from Laptops Direct before but had to leave a review because I was that impressed!!!”

“Great price and experience. I paid for standard delivery and it came the next day! As for the service and product, I can’t fault it. Very quick simple ordering process I’ve got what I ordered and I’m very happy with it. A follow up call to assure I’m happy with the sale, in addition an option for health care. I had reassurance too if any problems may occur that they are happy to help Would recommend to anyone in the market to buy from them”
