“This is my second gaming laptop I have brought from laptops direct and the first one had no issues what so ever and served me very well, recently brought a new gaming laptop and everything was process fast, they called to make sure everything was correct and any special delivery request they could pass onto delivery service. All in all smooth quick easy and hopefully my new laptop holds up as well as the first.”

“Back light failed on my 49” monitor after 19 months since purchase from Laptops Direct. 2 year warranty. Provided video of the fault. Collected monitor and sent new replacement monitor.”
