“Ordered my laptop, it was delivered within 24 hours Received a call from the company as well asking how I got to know about them. I am having my computer man come this week to sort it for me as I am a dinosaur.”

“Fast delivery, excellent product at a good price. Only downside is that the product was delivered on a Saturday when I'd specifically selected a Monday delivery, but this is more likely to be DPDs fault.”

“The order was made online, the laptop arrived on the day & time specified via a secure delivery using a PIN number via DPD and in perfect condition. A couple of days later I received a follow up call from Laptops Direct to ask if everything was Ok, and if I needed any assistance with anything to do with the order. At the same time, I was offered a follow up service and repair contract which - to be perfectly fair - was very competitively priced. I've used this Company to buy various hi-tech items, and have never been disappointed.”
