I travel a lot and never had such a terrible experience with any travel agency. LastMinute ruined my trip. Do not book with them! After 14 follow-ups and too many international calls I have wasted, all they can answer is "we are sorry and prioritizing your request". Yeah right, they are "prioritizing" my request for two weeks, my flight is in three days, and now that I understand I am not going to get any answers, I cannot also book alternative tickets since prices have gone up by 400%. They ruined my trip and birthday plans.

DON'T BOOK HERE! TERRIBLE! DON'T BOOK HERE! Changed our flights from a 2h direct flight to a 10h trip multiple landovers! The links to "Request an alternative flight" or "Request a refund" sent in a e-mail was non-functioning (probably on purpose). In an attempt to respond within the 48h limit, before they automatically accept the changes on your behalf I tried to contact them the only way possible, customer service, which just hangs up on you. According to European consumer rights law I have to be asked whether I accept the changes: I DO NOT! But the company has purposefully obstructed all means of communicating this. I doubt I am the only one with this problem, and I do seek ways of suing this publicly held company. NEVER AGAIN!

I wish I could put 0 stars instead of 1 because this was the most horrible experience I have ever had booking a flight. Ruined my holidays and caused a lot of stress for me. Never again am I booking with this site. They were unable to help me at all and would not answer any of my emails. Impossible to get in contact with them to get a refund whatsoever.

I booked a full flex trip. Their LASTMINUTE.COM commitment states a) you'll receive a voucher code worth 90% of your original ticket price within hours b) your refund request will be processed within 24hrs. I cancelled a trip 7 Sept 2020. After numerous requests eventually received less than 70% of what I paid 14+months after cancellation. These folk treat their customers shoddily and it seems like they trade on the very boundaries of legality. As a CFO I would never ever give them any custom, their approach to business is shocking. I booked a flight to the Philippines in May 2021 and took out their Premium Package Service which allows me to change my flight. By September 2021, I realised that the Covid situation was still very bad, so I called lastminute and was told that it would be easier to change my flight directly with Singapore Airlines which I did. SA changed my flight as requested. However, it is now obvious that Covid is still a risk so I called lastminute to change. Was told that because I changed the booking directly, they can't help as they do not have the new booking on their system. I was surprised. Since then, I'm being passed from pillar to post by both lastminute and Singapore Airlines, each saying the other is responsible. I paid £1600. Called lastminute to say that I changed my booking directly per their advice but, nevertheless, they said they can't help me. I am very worried now.

1918952491 RE never use these lot ever had flight today to India from Uk which I’ve tried changing for past three days I am Reet Khanke and am highly disappointed and distressed and disgusted with service I have received from last minute.com and have been trying to change my booking since Saturday 5/2/2022 to change my travel date rang at 5:20pm to make changes well before 24hour window then again 5:24pm again it was under process to modify heard nothing so rang back at 8:50 as it was still under request so on Sunday morningbefore it wails be 24 hour window i rang you guys again at 8:02 spoke for 6 mins as it’s on recoding you would be able to hear no luck then rang again at 8:31spoke for 7 mins was told some will get back to me in an hour this carried on for the day because I was under to much stress regarding this i rang again at 2:35then at 4:30, and 4:47still same answer it’s under process and some will get back to me then I receive a call from a number at 7:52 I was on the call for 54 seconds and could hear anybody they cut my call I tried ringing that number back for 7 times and it was user busy had an email which I will attach and all photos off the call too that gave me further stress so I rang last minute again at 8:46 on the 6/2/22 no one had got back to or even bother to ring me about my booking then I ring again this morning at 8:14 ofcose no luck Gentlemen said some will ring me back in 20 mins however no response and then again at 8:56 I ring back panicking as it more then £800 to lose and then on top I was travelling to see my mum after 4 year due to covid not seen her and I get told that there’s nothing they can do as I have passed flight time this is a joke I feel like mockery have made out of me put me thru so much stress anxiety bloody 2 sleepless nights I don’t this it’s fare . It’s not been dealt with in professional manner at all I am highly disappointed distressed and disturbed I been crying where I should be looking forward to my holiday it’s been right opposite I have never been this stressful. I would like hear from your about my complain ASAP

It has become a scam, i paid for a flight 5 days ago, and they haven't confirmed my booking. Phone calls to their customer service don't help either, none care at all, they want me to wait indefinitely and in the mean time my travel plans have been messed up. Don't book anything with them, i regret using them.. its a scam

Well I've booked a number of times with lastminute. I'm afraid never again. Not really sure where to start with what went wrong with our holiday booking but the company's chat feature is non operational (two emails sent this week not replied to), there is no method to cancel other than their (awful) mostly automated phone line (which seems deliberately designed to waste customers time), their cancellation terms are highly misleading, and finally they mis-sold us a package (as advised by the resort). Not for nothing is Lastminute is voted the worst operator by Which?

I bought ticktes via Lastminute.de, my flight was cancelled, I've received a voucher, which I used for a second flight, that was cancelled again. Then, lastminute.de wants to refund 1/3 or 30% of the value I payed. They asked me to contact TAP, since they claim TAP did not refund the complete value. I've contact both of them several times, and no further support was given. The point here, I bought tickets via lastminute.de, I could not fly and now I lost 2/3 of what I payed. Run away from lastminute.de. I only had headaches, and lost money. No travel and I payed for nothing.

I have booked British airlines Return flight to Marrakesh through Lastminute.com on Aug 12th, 2021. Confirmation number 1827227315 Then on Sep 13th, 2021 My Flight was canceled and till now money has not been refunded. I have contacted Lastminute.com many times, but no proper response as keep telling me to wait. I don't understand my right as per Consumercouncil I need to get the refund within a week or alternate flight ticket. Due to this, I kept paying my credit card interest. Very stressful process. I never use these services again.

They really need to rename their Customer Care dept. As many others have said they lie and cheat you out of money. They were so bad I was forced to cancel a holiday with them. Even though the hotel had a clear FREE cancellation policy they told me the hotel charged me. I went to that hotel and discussed it with the managers, they confirmed they did not and would not charge in my circumstances. Guess what LM said when I proved they were lying? Absolutely nothing, they simply refuse to answer my emails and as for the call centre, they are both rude and incompetent. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID.

Pathetic service and complete lies told by customer service. I reuqtested for a date change of my flight 5 days ago and no response. When i called customer service umpteen times then also I could not get any response. They kept promising me that I will get an email in an hour which never happened. My blood pressure shot up and I had to see a doctor. The shameless people even after being told did not respond. This company does not deserve any respect and should close down for unethical behaviour and scrupulous business.

This is the worst travel agency I have ever examined and the worst customer service. After you pay they do not help you in case you need to cancel or change flight dates. A bunch of thieves!! I called them many times - well before my flight date - to request a flight change and they kept coming back to me late until it was less than 24 hours for my flight and then they said they can not help me anymore!!

It is a pity that it is not possible to rate 0. You have opened a branch in Israel that is probably no different from everything that happens in the world according to the reviews you have. They made a very serious mistake and I was left without a plane ticket and I was charged with cancellation even though they made a mistake instead of checking things out in depth. After a few times I closed flights in front of you, this was definitely the last time and I will make sure that everyone around me does not make transactions through you.

They are charging me for a ticket date change, more than it would cost me to buy new tickets. I have contacted the airline directly and they've confirmed that a date change would cost 40pounds per person. Lastminute.com is charing me 231! Their customer support is claiming that the airline is lying to me and that there's nothing they can do. I have written proof from the airline. Joke is that I payed lastminute.com extra, so I avoid admin charges for ticket changes. What a joke of a company.

I have purchased 2 tickets via lastminutes.com, spoken to the airlines on the day flying out and explained that I wanted to cancel one ticket due to breavement, they said they would but I needed to speak to lastminute agent as I purchased through them. The agent I have spoken with was not interested, they had the money and that is that. Never again
