My story is very similar to the people below – didn't get a refund although I choose the full refund option, blocked by customer service, etc. I've started Twitter so I can share my experience and retweet many others. When I say many, there are literally hundreds of people crying for help and being ignored for a few years. I don't think this business continues to operate and stole people's money. Booked hotel and flight for 2300 EUR. The booking mentioned free cancellation but I only got 1800 EUR back. I canceled two months before departure but lost 500 EUR or USD. They say they have charges worth 500 EUR for just booking and canceling my trip. They write free cancellation but if you read the fine print, it doesn’t cover charges and fees. That’s how they cheat you off your money. I called them several times. They kept giving me different information. Truly horrible. Stay away. I will never book anything true booking.com or last minute.com ever again.

I paid for a flight in full , only to have an email half an hour later to tell my that my flight is not available anymore and they are refunding me my monies which can take up to 7 days . I phoned customer service only to be put through to some Albanian guy who sounded as if he was sleeping and couldn’t a damn . What a disgusting company .

I booked flights with booking.com and despite the fact they took my money, they wouldn't confirm the flights for 72 hours. They let me know 6 days later it wasn't confirmed and by this time, my flights have gone up, so I'm going to have to rebook flights whilst waiting for my refund to happen - absolute joke!

just booked flights and was quoted £1195.50 at checkout. then recieved confirmation email saying I had been charged £1219.41. Another scumbag company

The very, very worst company i have ever dealt with in my life. they stole £996 and will not return this money and refuse to answer any emails and have employed the worst, coarsest , raucous, loud , and unhelpful staff that you could ever envisage. They actually put the phone down on us....shouting that they had sent a credit which they didn't as I would NEVER have requested this. . A horrible, evil company with no email answering service, no one who can write a letter, no customer complaint service, no response by letter and yes, you have it they just keep stealing the money. I am duty bound to post here to stop others being defrauded and the Civil Aviation are escalating this to the highest level.... awaiting help to fastrack legally. PLEASE DO NOT BOOK WITH LAST MINUTE ONLY TO LOSE ALL OF YOUR MONEY

I’ve booked a trip with them wanted to add an extra case talk about incompetence it still isn’t resolved after at least 20 emails saying just add case and charge for it in every email still keep coming back asking do I want to add it 🤦‍♀️ It’s just unbelievable god help me if there’s anything serious I need them for it’s the first time I’ve used them probably will be the last after the performance I’ve had over adding a case

One of worse travel agent ever I have booked flight 6 month's back with short stay my flight has been changed to long stay when I contacted to customers services they said we can't help u contact to direct airlines when I contacted to Etihad they said we can't do nothing because u booked it flight with travel agent I have paid extra for assistance package just waste of money have to stay in airport for 18 hours this is ridiculous never again last-minute last time really disappointed

Hi, I booked through Bravofly, Part of Lastminutes company, From Euro Wings fly to Dusseldorf, Germany, the flight cancelled due to heavy fog and the airline refund my around 557 Pounds to Bravofly but Bravofly and Lastminutes claimed that they have refunded the money but i did not got my money back since January 2022, and i sent several email included my bank statement from the bank officially showing no transaction from bravo fly so they STOOL my money!!! I have all the evidence of chat box with their agent and all emails. i strongly do not recommend using Bravofly or anything related to lastminutes!! Pay extra through officials airline rather than loosing all your money like what happens to me.

I concur with all of the 1* reviews its a company that isn't worth even one star. I didn't read these reviews I booked 2 business class flights at £4000 I was informed they were cancelled after two weeks following my booking I needed immediate flights so I accepted their fullflex voucher This was a major mistake, I used it to rebook flights and last minute again within 2 weeks informed me the flights were cancelled. Now I cannot claim a refund because I used a voucher. Do not use this company They are totally unreliable How many more reviews like all those on this site will it take before they are found out and go out of business. Is there any way we can use media more widely to warn others about this shocking company. Be warned if you use fullflex you can only get 90% of the cost back and as a voucher. this will limit you getting any refund going forwrd when they cancel time and again leaving you massively out of pocket

SCUMBAG!!! My money gone down in the water. I had booked a flight on april 16,2022 then they sent me email saying airline cancelled it and pushed the date to april 17,2022. So i went to airline and checked if the flight is cancelled and i found out that is not cancelled at all. I sent emails to Lastminute. Com but nobody replies. I ended up buying another ticket. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE! Complete shambles. Simple luggage upgrade request to date has taken multiple emails and calls over 2 months and remains outstanding. TWO MONTHS! COMPLETELY USELESS!! YOU PAY CHEAP AND GET DUNG!!! Bet on horses instead..better odds of getting something for your money

BEWARE - THIS COMPANY IS NOT TO BE TRUSTED! Tickets were booked and when the return flight got changed, for a departure a day later, 5 months before the return was to take place Lastminute.com failed to inform the passengers or update the tickets including the connecting flight which was still scheduled a day before the end of the first leg. When contacted Lastminute.com did not want to have anything to do with the booking and directed me to the airlines and we had to sort out the flights (including buying new tickets for the second leg). Reaching someone was quite impossible and when finally a connection was made on chat and by phone, the staff was impolite, impatient and dismissive, offered no refund.

Never book from this website. I may look cheap for flight bookings if you search via Skyscanner. But after booking, if you need to change your name or any other details, this website is a total disaster. Their customer support has only standard replies and really doesn't help you. So please stay away from this site!

NEVER AGAIN, BE AWARE i booked and paid £1100 for two British Airways flight tickets, whcih were cancelled by the airline. I patiently waited two months only to be offered £720 refund. I called 4 times and requested that they look into this matter and heard nothing. I also sent two email of complaint, threatening legal action with not even a courtesy reply back. I initially did not accept their offer, however, i did in the end only due the fact i was concerned i could end up with nothing as they are completely lacking morals and should not be allowed to trade. DISGUSTED

Don't ever hope to get any money back with any of their insurances, what they offer is worse than what you can find directly with the airline. When asked for a refund they offered us less than 50% of the price and when asked to rebook they offered a worse price than the airline so used the airline directly.

Paid nearly £1000 for a week away to Portugal. Only to come down with covid two days before my flight. Told last minute.com straight away I couldn't make the flight and holiday and they refuse to give me any sort of refund. Avoid at all costs!!!!

I recently booked a trip with Skyscanner and Lastminute.con for flights to Crete. For an unknown reason Lastminute cancelled the trip without really saying why. I called the number on the website to to see what the problem was and the last minute representative said he could book the exact same trip for me over the phone. This took a while to do and he even kept me on hold for nearly 10 mins while he sorted out a payment issue. I just found out this call cost me £33! I am absolutely disgusted. Seems like a scam they're running to me. After calling customer services they said they can't do anything. I probably paid for this call too.

I booked a flight with Bravofly and I opted for a cancellation policy. I received an email from Lastminute.com who were handling the fullyflex cancellation policy. The instructions were simple and clear (and too good to be true): 1. Email us with your booking ID indicating you want to cancel 2. indicate if you are an individual 3. an email will be sent to you within hours with a voucher code for 90% of the fare. I end up cancelling before my flight. I hear nothing. I email again reiterating that I haven't heard from them. It turns out that instead of this being the straight forward process that I was promised that the company has added a layer of communication asking me to reconfirm if I want to cancel. This had naturally gone into my SPAM box and now they are saying I haven't cancelled the flight so I have lost hundreds of pounds not to mention the insult of paying for the insurance policy. This is just unethical and it's playing with people's lives. But to add insult to injury, this is the email response I received, which looks like it was written by a 12 year old in haste which does not exactly install much faith in this company's customer service. The email is displayed as sent: Hi Helen Thank you for contacting us we check with your request in the previous mail we repeated asking you for reconfirming the request. but unfortunately, we received your mail after the flight already departed. from now we are unable take any action on your request to cancell with insurance we are very sorry about your cause we kindly advice yo to contact airline for the further procedure Thank you Kind regards, Customer Care Team

Sorry, I don't find less than 1 star so have 1 star. Booked a ticket through lastminute.com and the Total fee is shown on the final payment screen and the deducted amount in my account is different. When inquired they are giving the explanation that there is an Agency charge (Around 35 Euro's). It's completely not acceptable. Careful before choosing this site for flight bookings. Thanks for your lessons and hereafter will choose the flight service provided website only.
