Pessimo venditore! Nessuna assistenza post vendita. Ho acquistato il modello Venice con un problema di progettazione che determina la rottura continua dei raggi . Qualsiasi rivenditore serio avrebbe imposto una sorta di “richiamo” per questi modelli difettosi (a proprie spese) invece non attuano alcuna garanzia sui raggi e vi troverete a dover buttare la bici perché inutilizzabile o a dover spendere 200 euro per cambiare i raggi (mettendoli più grossi) e soprattutto posizionandoli in maniera corretta. VERGOGNA ! …. Sconsiglio l’acquisto

Been waiting since 30th January for a new controller still not had a replacement it's now the 13th july leon won't refund me won't replace won't take 1 off a bike they have in stock just keep saying I have to be patient clearly having trouble getting parts from China but that should not be my problem after 23 weeks will have missed al spring and soon summer they dont seem to want to sort it out totally rubbish customer services so here I am wait patiently absolutely rubbish I thought when I was buying from a German company I would get better service but it seems like take your money and couldn't careless after that blame Brexit blame pandemic maybe it's the way the stars are aligned rubbish Mick Lindley

I purchased a Milano Plus in June 2021 from Hi5 e-Bikes in Richmond, a franchise of Leon Cycle and soon changing its name to Leon Cycle. 1 week later I was back to the store with a squeaky front brake. A week after that I was back with a creaking left pedal crank and a slight click. Two attempts to fix it have resolved the creak and almost the click, but it’s not a smooth pedal rotation like my 2 non-electric commuter bikes. Only 5 weeks after purchasing my Milano Plus, two rear spokes broke while riding on an asphalt bike path along Melbourne’s Eastern Freeway. I’ve never taken the Milano Plus off-road, up, or down curbs, or into potholes. I’ve never encountered this in 50 years of bicycle riding. I’m totally disheartened. Hi5 bikes tell me to raise my “Warranty” issues with Leon Cycle. The Leon Cycle website provides no way to register my purchase because I didn’t order the e-bike directly. So I can’t raise any sort of claim whatsoever.

I wish I could leave a review on the bike itself, but unfortunately I haven't received it as of this message. I cannot believe that a company with so many positive reviews can be so terrible with their customer service. I won't bother going into the fact that no one answers the phone or responds back to emails because that has already been covered off by others, however I will mention something that I believe hasn't been covered off. Leon Cycle advertises that they ship with FedEx (at least for North American customers) however I was surprised to recieve shipping information for a company I haven't even heard of before! They are called ATS Healthcare. My Aspen e-bike has been sitting at one of this companies facilities for well over a week. I emailed and called them about this and eventually received a call guaranteeing me that I will have the bike delivered today (July 5th). I just received a call from them telling me that their driver did not load my bike on his truck and that I will not be receiving my bike today! This is complete Mickey Mouse nonsense as far as I'm concerned. Don't advertise that you ship with FedEx then use someone else who are just as bad with their customer service as you are. Anyone reading this, I highly suggest ordering an e-bike from a more reportable company.

I ordered a bike on 5-26-21, it is now 6-22-21, not a word from anyone. I have called several times and have not been able to speak to anyone. I have sent two emails and no reply. It seems from the reviews things are great or it's a disaster!At this point I want to cancel my order but can't reach anyone!

Horrible customer service. Despite claims of 2-4 day order processing it's been 12 days and my order is still processing. Their phone rarely gets answered, their voicemail inbox is backed up so you can't leave a voicemail and emails almost never get answered. I emailed them inquiring about my order a week ago and no response. I just emailed them again for the fourth time today. If I don't get updated soon I will be doing a chargeback through my bank.

It has been 2 weeks since I ordered and paid for their Aspen, as It was one of the few bikes that were listed in stock and readily available. They have not shipped despite their claims of 3-day processing/shipping, and they never answer my calls. The one call they did answer told me they were out of stock and they would restock and have my bike shipped by the 28th, but it is now the 31st. I'm thinking I have been scammed. Awful service, I want a refund.

I along with seemingly many others that are waiting and waiting for their bikes to be delivered. Part of the reason I purchased this bike was to be out riding quickly with a friend that has a ebike. After being in contact with 3 times now "Customer Service" and given false information that my bike was already shipped twice , today I was told again it would ship today. Really, Really poor customer service on the shipping side and getting customers hopes up for nothing. I only hope I am more happy with the bike if and when it finally arrives... Going into my 3rd week now expecting deliver in a total of over 4 weeks...

Received parts including spokes and spoke wrench. Received OK but Spoke Wrench does not fit spokes. Very poor service

The sale of the bike went well, can't say the same about delivery, when I rang the company about the tracking number not being available i was informed that the bike would be another week, not good enough Leoncycle, heaven forbid i only live an hours drive away.

Wheel spokes keep breaking. Have been trying to get replacements since February. Didnt have any in stock until 21st April ordered them. Traking ordered goods does not work in my account, havent recived them still, has been 10 days now since orded and paid. They are a special sized spoke and not readally available. Have not been able to ride for months now.

i spoke to someone on the phone and told me they had bikes in stock and told them I was ordering TWO bikes. I received ONE bike. They refused to rectify this by sending another bike or upgrade. they are making me wait three weeks and not even a sure thing if they are getting any other bikes in. we are very disappointed in this company that i was lied to telling me they have it in stock.

Unfortunately I am still waiting for the tire and tube for my Moscow Plus after more than 5 weeks. Smart Sam Tyre 27.5 + tube. Moreover as I was cleaning my brake pads to the rear brake caliper I realised that it has a smaller rotor (160mm) rather than a 180mm as in my original wheel. I would like to escalate my complaint to one of your supervisors as I am deeply unsatisfied with the service and products received. I am expecting the matter to be resolved within 2 business days and if I don't hear from Leon Cycle by then I will have no alternative but to lodge a formal complaint with the ACCC. I am planning to seek compensation for loss and damages from Leon Cycle in relation to a wrong wheel with different older tyre and smaller rotor mounted on my Moscow plus when a 500w motor was installed at your premises in Laverton North. This has caused a fast deterioration of my rear brake pads and has increased the risk of injury whilst riding my bike. Moreover it is my intention to claim for loss of income whilst dealing with Leon Cycles as I had to drive from Upwey to receive a very low standard of service which led to an open online dispute that has been closed but never resolved. I hereby urge you to do the needful by the deadline mentioned above.

I purchased the dash kit display L6b. But i was disappointed because it looked like it had been used. And when i apply to my ncm bike, it always show full battery, doesn’t matter how long i’ve used the bike.
