Since 2018 Leon Cycle has been operating within Australia and New Zealand, providing quality and affordable e-bikes under our brands "ET Cycle" and "NCM".

NCM Milano owner, 7 months old, 800km. I have now had 7 spokes break in the rear wheel. The changes the mechanic has made/ suggested have ranged from lowering tire pressure, not using panniers, not using top 2 assist settings and the final straw was when I was asked to change the roads I use to commute to work. It's a shame as apart from the spoke issue, I really enjoy the bike but I am now bringing the bike back to get fixed every 2 weeks and being charged for it. That is not sustainable so I am going to sell the bike, lose about $800 on the resale and buy something better quality. I cannot recommend this bike and I won't be dealing with Leon again. This opinion will be expressed to every other human I meet that is interested in ebikes. Buy quality first time, not worth cutting corners.

Order was cancelled and refunded without even telling me and then 2 days later my card details were used to make unauthorised transactions.

It would be nice to actually receive the part that is fully paid for instead of it sitting in the Warehouse still!!! Numerous phone calls to follow up but nobody is available, can’t even leave a message. Terrible service! I might cancel the payment and buy from overseas, the part will be cheaper and probably get here sooner. Very unhappy customer.

Ordered a battery from Leon. Took three days for them to action the order, now has been 30 days and still not received. Leon make no effort to find the item saying its the couriers fault.

I purchased an Ebike Battery charger and despite receiving an email informing me that my parcel had been delivered my order never showed up. I reached out to Leon Cycle to be informed that they were opening an investigation into the location of my parcel. They determined the item had been lost in transit. HOWEVER, without even contacting me to ask me what I would like to do given this situation, after I had ALREADY purchased another battery charger from elsewhere after this hassle, they simply sent me another one for which I now presumably am going to have the hassle of having to return and pay for said return. Incredibly poor customer service and unfortunately a terrible experience purchasing with this company. If a Leon Cycles team member reads this and would like to reach out to rectify this issue that would be excellent.

Very disappointed with my experience sold me a bike they didn't have in stock instead of refunding me sourced a bike from somewhere else it's been a couple of weeks now and still no bike yeah real happy thanks

I purchased an e-bike on 31/12/21 which was meant to be delivered by 10/1/22 but is now 4 days late. I requested updates in respect to delivery but was not given any definite response. I am moving houses within the week so I requested to cancel the order but now it seems the support team is ignoring my emails.

I've asked multiple times for the nipple that goes with the spoke. Have received spokes on 2 occasions but still no nipple to install and repair my bike. My bicyle is now broke for 2 months with no solution in sight.

I ordered some parts over one month ago and have still not received them? The shipping company could not locate a major university address and then quietly returned my shipment to the distributor without informing me. Essentially, I had to chase up the shipping company and then email Leon Cycles who then informed me I should chase it up with the shipping company. Confusing and disorganided. Over one month to get a delivery from Melbourne to Sydney and still waiting...

I ordered a bike rack for my bike for the Moscow Electric bike. The checkout would not allow me to add delivery address which was a post office collection. I emailed them immediately to amend my order and add delivery address and acknowledge it. Of course I heard nothing and it was delivered to my home address and just left by the front door in a tacky old box. When I opened the box, there was no invoice, instructions (not that they are really needed) and most importantly no screws to attach it to my bike! Now have to go to a hardware store to try and buy the right sized screws… At the price they charged, not good enough
