“Wonderful pillow, sleeping much better. Very similar to a Dunlopillo one l had previously but have not been able to find a replacement. Your pillow is the nearest l have found.
Unfortunately it stinks! The most horrible musty, rotting veg smell. First 2 nights l slept like a dream. Next 2 nights my sleep was very disturbed by smell. Did not realise it was pillow at first. Then put a protector and 2 pillowcases on top. Still struggling with smell which wafts up .Is there a spray l can use. l am very loath to give up as my sleep has been so improved. No smell l would have given 5 stars”

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review - I really appreciate your feedback. Levitex foam is actually based on the properties of latex, but is designed to be an allergen free, lighter and cheaper alternative.
I'm sorry to hear the smell is bothering you. Some people hate it like you do, some don't mind it and some even like it. It's unfortunately typical of UK-market foam as we're required by law to ensure what is the highest level of fire retardancy that is required anywhere in the world.
I do promise the smell does fully go away and will only get better each day. Airing out the pillow in a well-ventilated room or by the open window can do wonders for speeding up the process too. A few drops of an essential oil on your pillowcase is something you could try as well if the smell is very bothersome.

“So far so good, I'm pleased with the pillow, it's very comfortable, though it took a little time to adjust to not having my head sink in. Occasionally, I do experience slight discomfort in my ear, but I believe that's common with many pillows. I was very impressed with how quickly it arrived, I received it the very next day, which was amazing. The initial smell was quite strong, but I followed the advice to let it air out, I did this for about a week before using it, and while the odor hasn't completely disappeared, it's definitely improved. “Having neen suffering for some time with joint pain, especially hips, I began with the mattress topper, along with the very helpful advice to use a pillow between my legs, to help ankles and knees. The advice and information given (both in written & diagrams sent with mattress, plus the superb, personalised customer service) was really helpful, clearly explaining the importance of spine alignment. There was quickly some improvement in night-time pain.
I then decided that to be a full, fair test, I should try the pillow to complement the mattress-topper. The online procedure to select the correct pillow size for my height and sleeping position was clear and easy to follow.
The two purchases together have really helped; I have multiple medical conditions, all affecting sleep, and, whilst these have not magically all disappeared, I am so very much more comfortable in bed now and feel I am sleeping better.
I cannot praise the customer services team enough and would highly recommend Levitex to anyone (indeed, my discovery of Levitex came from a personal recommendation - word of mouth/experience is always the best form of advertising!).

“Excellent product that works! Snoring has reduced significantly, aches and pains have gone and I sleep through the night. Perfectly packable for holidays. You do need to follow the guidance and change your sleeping positions but it's not hard when you wake up refreshed.”

“This pillow was recommended by a friend. I was experiencing some difficulty finding a comfortable position to sleep in to fall asleep and, would experience mild but irrtating shoulder & neck pain on waking. I tried several things 2 pillows, then i pillow, different positions etc.
I then tried a lavitex pillow it took a while to get use to but think it has helped.”
“I don’t think it made a huge of a difference. I found that the cushion was way too low. I tried it for few weks to see if I can get used it to it but it was a bit uncomfortable. I would’ve sent it back but I accidentally threw the box. Oh well”
