“Fairly quick delivery. Cushion very soft, no support whatsoever for my lordosis. I use it on my dining room chair and it constantly slips down as it can only be tightened so much. Absolute waste of money. Needs to be much firmer to be of any support.”

“I love the mattress and plan to keep it. However, I am very disappointed with the pricing. I paid full price for the mattress but a friend who purchased just a pillow, on my recommendation, was offered 15% discount to purchase a mattress one week later. Had I known this was your marketing strategy I would have done the same and ended up with a mattress and pillow for less than the price I paid for a mattress alone.”

It was bought for the purpose of dealing with Obstructvive Sleep Apnoea. The pillow helps to support the neck and snoring and interrupted breathing are not as pronounced. The illow does make a huge difference to my partner learning how to sleep better and me getting any sleep at all. This is a significant change for the first time in many years.
As for the process, it is amazing. Levitex does not just sell a pillow and leave one hanging. No they want to know if the pillow works. In fact, in our case the pillow was too small. They suggested a few changes. When that did not work, they sent out a different pillow to try. There was no pressure or being fobbed off because the pillow was used.
This is an excellent product and the company is fabulous because the staff are incredible.
I would buy from them again. They sell all sorts of products to support better sleeping.”
