I was very pleased with the customer service at Levitex. I originally bought a size medium pillow and unfortunately it wasn't as uncomfortable and so I wanted to exchange the pillow to a size up. A person called Andreea was super kind and helpful. Andreea gave really good advice, was efficient and caring through the process of my exchange. This must've been the best customer service I have experienced and the process was so easy and quick. Really happy with the pillow and delighted with Andreea's help.”
