“Hi, I am very disappointed by my renewal this year. My insurance skyrocketed in price, I have a small electric moped and I paid £400 this year for a basic coverage. I have no words, no alternative and zero effort to propose a decent price was done. How could you be proud of that kind of service, I don’t know. From £136 to £440 in one year. My husband has a 600cc petrol motorbike and paid half what I paid for his insurance. My electric bike is worth 10 time less than his bike. I don’t understand. Laurence Ruidant”

“Service is OK. Advisor was probably new (although they never mentioned that), they were sure of services provided and generally un helpful in discussing changes to a policy for a better renewal quote. Policy price was competitive but i feel could have been lower given how specialist they are for mopeds.”

“Price goes up every year. Cost of living crises and there was a £75 admin fee just to renew for another year. £75 to change the numbers 2023 to 2024.”

“Signed up for a quote via a comparison website. Once signed up the requested 'no claims' proof requirement was slightly different from that specified during the original quoting process. I supplied my No Claims proof and asked whether this would suffice. No reply after 7 working days, my previous cover has now expired and I'm not clear whether I am insured or not.”

“I've not had cause to claim and hope I dont. Lexham seem to be a product of their popularity and difficult to get hold of. 48 minutes holding to speak to someone to get a quote. Once you get hold of someone, its easy going and everyone I have spoken to seems knowledgable and helpful. I'm getting a bit jaded of insurance companies recently though and upset at how theft is affecting premiums.”

“Have Always got Very quick and easy service apart from waiting on call for customer service agent. That's horrific horrible whatever you name. Apart from that the main things are prices which is fair and claims, which I haven't done yet and hope not to..safe..so I can get NCB. I use lexham and also recommend my staff,,,up till now, I've referred more than 20people who has taken the policy”
