“Cheap, but that is all. If you feel that you need to make changes after buying online, good luck. Multiple calls later ranging from 30 minutes to 60 minutes+ and the calls drop out. They then call back after cutting you off, then don't speak and cut you off, especially after 16:30hrs. Quite strange 🤔 I emailed to cancel under cooling off at 10am, and they didn't respond for a whole day, in fact I'm stil waiting. Meanwhile they earn a bit more each day, and get you beyond the magic cooling off period. Maybe it's all an unfortunate coincidence, but not good nevertheless.”

“Hi, I am very disappointed by my renewal this year. My insurance skyrocketed in price, I have a small electric moped and I paid £400 this year for a basic coverage. I have no words, no alternative and zero effort to propose a decent price was done. How could you be proud of that kind of service, I don’t know. From £136 to £440 in one year. My husband has a 600cc petrol motorbike and paid half what I paid for his insurance. My electric bike is worth 10 time less than his bike. I don’t understand. Laurence Ruidant”

“Service is OK. Advisor was probably new (although they never mentioned that), they were sure of services provided and generally un helpful in discussing changes to a policy for a better renewal quote. Policy price was competitive but i feel could have been lower given how specialist they are for mopeds.”
