“I have only just started with these. Already I am Confused about the contract. Having to pay the full year insurance even if my bike is stolen or sold. I have asked for clarification but no reply. Also no reply on emails I have sent so far.”

“Got my first insurance with them all was good, my pay came 3hours from my employer they charge me and because of that, when the second year came with them they told me I had to pay in full for the year, now I have my second bike I managed to get insurance from them on monthly via online I have tried to call them to change the date of payment 3 times and no one answers”
