“Insurance product ok but telephone contact very difficult and app limited. First person I spoke to had phone issue their end so after the usual 10 min chat on 'terms and conditions' we got cut off with no call back. Next day rang back better person amswered”

“Got the quote on go compare , accepted great quote far cheaper than any other. Not a massive fan of the portal & uploading things but this is due to me not being very good at doing things like that , us oldies are out of our comfort zone, all in all very good”

“Used Lexham a few times before, ok to deal with and staff friendly, as normal in this world now customers are pushed to use an online format, which is fine, but when you need to be able to speak to staff it always takes ages and not easy.”

“Tried to charge me over £1100 for something that cost £490 ended up paying somewhere between £600-£700 but they are cheap so I'll give them that”
