“The customer service was really poor I had wait along time for a call but they didn’t respond back on time they should work on it even per call was in waiting more 30 mins that was really disappointing”

“Not returning their customer calls or emails as they are to busy equates to retaining 80% of their customers money if you cancel with 4-5 weeks. Scandalous! Seemed to take pleasure in doing so too.”

“Dear Lexam Customer Service, I am writing to express my extreme frustration with how my insurance policy has been handled. Despite submitting all the valid documents required for my insurance coverage and sending two reminder emails, I have received no response from your team. Now, my insurance has been wrongfully canceled, yet last week, £152 was deducted from my account. This situation is entirely unacceptable. I demand an immediate explanation for: 1. The unjustified cancellation of my insurance. 2. The unauthorized deduction of £152 from my account. I expect an immediate resolution to this issue. If I do not receive a satisfactory response within 48 hours, I will have no choice but to escalate this matter through other means. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and has caused me significant inconvenience. I trust you will address this as a priority. Sincerely, [Hari om]”

“Good price quote for motorcycle insurance, though excess was quite high. Application and document delivery is all fairly easy. There is a Lexham app on which you get most information and upload docs. One minor criticism is that I uploaded proof of NCD but did not receive any acknowledgement of receipt.”
