“LIC/MC/0509074 Registration: LG21FTJ I have already sent two emails asking for the cancellation of this policy as I will no longer use it because I sold this motorcycle last week. I want you to cancel it please.”

“No one answers the phone! Chat doesn't resolve anything! Nothing is clear!”

“Had an accident in November 24 it is now April 25 and the claim has still not been settled. Bike was taken away and I haven’t seen it since. I am being asked to renew my insurance in a few weeks but I don’t have my bike ! Was offered a hire bike but declined because I didn’t think it would take the best part of half a year to sort out. You don’t deal with Lexham if you have a claim so it gets confusing when you get calls and emails from different companies to process the claim”

“I find it absolutely ridiculous how you expect a 17yr old to insure a 125cc motorbike the cheapest we got was £2100 and the highest was £9400 Please come back down to earth”
