“Got a good price, but the down side, was been on hold for 45 minits, then taking another 45 to answer questions to complet insurance. Iwas asked to call back a few days later on a number i was given to speak about something, but gave up after been on hold for 20 minits.”

“Getting quotes was okay, but after paying for my insurance and getting that all sorted I still haven’t received any form of contact back even when I called up to ask about the documents that wasn’t sent to me”

“Absolutely horrible company. Last time ever they'll see me as a customer. Currently on hold for 50 minutes. This is maybe the 10th phone call with wait times between 10-50 mins to get someone on the line. Callbacks never happen. Never respond to emails or direct you to other email departments that then they won't respond. Trying to contact them for anything at all is a full time job. Irony is that we're the customers paying big money. Atrocious ! Would advise to avoid them at all costs.”

“Initially, we were pleased with the service in securing insurance for my son's moped. Unfortunately, we needed to cancel his insurance - due to a seized engine. After emailing Lexham to cancel, we had a fairly quick reply to say they would cancel the policy and refund the balance. This was over a month ago. We have tried emailing, countless phone calls - sometimes holding on for over 30 mins and even using the ring back request or live chat but no one is available. Really exasperated as to how you can contact Lexham??”

“I had the mandatory call straight after my claim has went through but it’s been 10 days since and I’ve had no contact from Lexham themselves to see my bike or to give me an offer on the claim.”
