“Well because of me not being able to prove my address as I lived on a caravan park I had my insurance cancelled and Lexham where one off the only insurance people who would sent off my stuff and got insured for a reasonable price”

“After seeing reviews of lexham insurance , I thought I would use their services to insure my motorcycle. So I went online and filled in their form with ease and in a matter of around 20 mins I was fully insured . What a breath of fresh air , so easy to do and easy to navigate . I would recommend Lexham Insurance to anyone who is looking to insure their motorcycle or scooter as there rates are extremely competitive .”

“It took a while to get on the phone with someone. The lady who helped me was probably quite new. I have to say she didn't put much effort into speaking in an understanding way. I asked many times if she could pronounce words more clearly as it sounded like she was covering her mouth all the time and very important things she was saying was quite hard to understand and sounded somewhat fed up. Maybe the Saturday shift is more boring I get it...”

“Just chatted with Sabine, who added my no claims to the policy and refunded a very fair reduction for adding it. My previous insurer had told me I wouldn't get it as the policy was 3 weeks from ending. But then they sent it anyway. The online chat was efficient and very helpful/”

“This company is awful. They charge you even if they cancel the insurance by themselves. We can’t talk to them by phone unless we have 4 free hours to wait and we’re never allowed to change nothing because they don’t care about nothing just money. Very bad service.”
