Very disappointing insurance! You should change your rule about having a second rider on a bike, I can't believe the minimum age for the second rider is 30 years old ! Disappointing and expensive !

Sadly this company frives on taking advantage of the poor & needy so I've got nothing good to say because I have nothing to really respect Lexham for. Plus i now wish I had made a smarter chioce in whom I insure With.

Had to make a slight change 50 mins after purchasing the insurance was then charged £33, £8 increase in the policy and a ridiculous £25 'admin fee'. I will not be referring them to anybody and will not be newing my policy after being insured with lexham for the last 2 years, lexham should reward loyalty not charge for it.

Not impressed with recent service. I was offered a quotation for my motor- bike which I accepted and all the relevant documents arrived. However, I received a letter later advising me that the insurance was invalid. I quote 'we have now been advised that this insurance is no longer required'. As a result I had to re- negotiate a new policy with the company I had just left. Who advised you, by the way? D,H.Wilson.

Wildly expensive. Horrendous and aggressive communication style. Overall, they are just absolutely shocking. Will not be renewing and I would definitely not recommend to anyone.

I was sent an aggressive letter from Lexham requesting evidence of no claims. I did not know at the time of contract that this was a requirement. It appears on the face of it that you were quick to take payment and slow to take details. If I was asked for this evidence then it was buried in the small print. I called Lexham and supplied the details and hope it is now resolved. Your methods appear questionable and possibly unprofessional.

£75 for a change of address is ridiculous, especially after having just signed up to you 2 weeks ago. £365 for the year - £75 that's roughly 20% of the insurance cost for a 2 min job. Please come back to me with a solution...until then I'm not going to be recommending you. Thank you very much in advance. Massimo Haymarket Media Group Classic and Sports Car

BE AWAY FROM THEM!!! I have a conviction in my license today because they didn't set up the insurance!! They take your money and do not send to the insurer. Caution!

Quite hard sell to renew, but not as cost competitive as they used to be...would be great if they offered better discounts to renewals as they do to new customers.

Be careful: this company changes the contract details ! - if you don't notice it, you might think you are covered for something you are actually not - if you notice it and call to update, they will charge you for it ! good premium but cannot be trust

TOTAL TOTAL INFORMATION OVERLOAD. THAT MUCH INFORMATION IS SUPPLIED THERE IS A REAL DANGER THAT IMPORTANT INFORMATION IS MISSED. EVEN THE SIGN UP PROCESS ON TELEPHONE IS EXCEPTIONALLY LONG WINDED.

Took out a new policy. Only time they contacted me was when they wanted money of me. Not sure what has happened but I called to enquire about something that had happened to my bike (still not sure what happened) that I decided to let drop as the damage to the bike was as far as I could tell was ok after discussing with the Police who advised me that it was most likely vandalism to the bike and not a car hitting it. So, I thought fine and left it alone. Then when I got a new bike and changed it on the insurance, I was told I had to cancel and take a new policy as it was not suitable (loosing 6 months towards no claims). After this I started receiving emails telling me to contact them. Turns out I owe them more money as apparently there is a claim on-going which I am not entirely sure what is happening. After about an hour on the phone I am left confused as to what is happening. I was told at this point that there is an on-going claim towards me! They would not tell me what is happening and I am still not sure if what has happened to my bike. If some one had hit my bike I could have had it looked at properly and had a mechanic do a full check to make sure the frame was not buckled or anything that could be dangerous to ride. When I had it checked the mechanic was off due to some illness and an assistant had a quick glance at it and said it looked fine and suggested I could come back later. But the main issue is the fact that the insurance did not tell me that some thing had happened (still not sure what as they are not telling me!). If I had none at the time I would have taken different steps and a possible claim towards other driver. Not knowing this has cost me money (they could have told me they would have charged me more when I took a new policy) and possibly endangered my safety. To top it off the person I spoke to was rather rude and tried to pin all blame on me. They also encouraged me to cancel insurance which would have left me with out insurance and possibly breaking the law. Overall I am shocked and not happy with the insurance but hey, you get what you pay for...

having completed the application on line a Lexham rep contacted me to check the details submitted. The rep suggested a couple of changes these were to employment status from unemployed to student / change the model of the scooter. I was the charged an admin charge of 25 pound which I did not expect as my understanding was that we were ensuring the details of the policy were correct. Had I contacted Lexham to make a change than I could fully understand the charge. I feel very disappointed and would not recommend to others because of this despite feeling Lexham appear to be very good in all other areas
