“I had insurance, but I traveled and for that reason I didn't pay for 1 month, I asked for cancellation and even so they charged the installments, only after they canceled my insurance, when I came back I went to make another one and they charged me a very high interest, now they want to cancel my insurance before completing a month so I will lose all the money they asked me to take out the insurance, they are acting in bad faith, I do not recommend this insurance company!!!”

“Over 3 months since my accident and still waiting, terrible service AVOID like the plague. Admittedly my accident was unusual, I actually caught my VW with my Citroën Relay when parking. But seriously 3 months!!! They appointed Marble Arch Claims who in turn appointed Gerald Conyers. Still no further.”

“Had to speak to an out of hours company that told me I had to pay for my own recovery. Lexham themselves never bothered to call me when they were open to see if I wanted to continue my claim. Why am I paying for this poor service?”
