“helpful agent on the telephone provided reassuring guidance when I had a need which was best handled by a voice call rather than the website. The required verbal T&Cs are all a bit tedious but undertandable”

“Absolutely use company advert says they insure trikes you spend 40 minute listening to chamber music before getting some twat telling you they don`t insure that kind of trike only the crappy twist and go hairdryers”
