“I've called three times to report an accident I had yesterday. So far I've spoken to the wrong department twice (as the claims department were busy) and the other call the person hung up because I was trying to juggle two calls at the same time (someone called me on my work phone while I was on hold with Lexham). Nobody returned my call after I left my details yesterday which is why I've had to call back twice today. Thankfully my bike appears to be ok at the moment, but I was hit by a car whilst stationery yesterday and I just need to inform them of the details until the bike is checked by someone that knows what they're doing.”

“Lexham came up trumps for me, half the price of my renewel quote. What i really found nice, apart from the price, was that i was talking to a person. The people i spoke to over a couple of days were all very helpful and no question seemed to much trouble but for me the most important thing was the people i spoke to all had a sense of humour. was easy to get quote and if they carry on like this cant see me changing anytime soon”
