“This company is useless,because bennetts did not send me my ncb through in time,they cancelled my insurance.I spoke to them ,I emailed them explaining that until they send it to me,i can't produce my ncb.so they then still went ahead and cancelled my policy,save yourself some money and buy your insurance elsewhere.It has cost me time and money now.look at the reviews from other peoples experiances,only 66.28% of people are happy with their service.make your own mind up from that alone. UNHELPFULL,DON'T LISTEN,DO NOT USE THEM,I'D HATE TO THINK WHAT WOULD HAPPEN IF YOU HAD TO MAKE A CLAIM !!!!!!!!!”

“Don't know the girls name but she really educated me abit more about bike insurance and got me a reasonable quote but she was good customer service skills so I called back to take up the insurance. The price on the day was £60 less than my original price which is amazing! The only reason I give 4 stars and not 5 is because the phone lines kept cutting off and I had to call back 3 times and after listening to all the spiel it was starting to get frustrating. The 3 people I dealt with all had great customer service. Would use again.”
