It was very easy to get my bike insurance, Even though my no claims of over 8 years had run out they took into consideration my experience riding motorcycles, and I ended up with a very reasonable quote, very helpful staff thank you.

Lexham originally gave me the best quote, unfortunately I waited 2 weeks and it went up by £150!

No problems with the quotation as it was as I expected. However, having received my insurance documents there are several inaccuracies which had been discussed as part of the quotation process which would effect any claim made in the future if left unresolved.

Was told that I could have the insurance paperwork e mailed to me - waited 2 days then sent an e mail saying it hadn't arrived. Reply e mail said I could not have a copy be e mail and had been misinformed. When I actually got the paperwork I phoned Lexham to query if the policy was correct as it stated £100.70 as the premium and I had paid £165.70 I was told that £65 was for administration. For a 65% premium on top of the policy price I would have expected a better service - if not having the documents e mailed to me than at least a courtesy phone call to say a mistake had been made in the information given to me.

I get my insurance papers... I can't see many information in there. I sent email on 5th March. I never get replay. I will try once again... Before I was with different company, I get everything... At the moment I'm not happy, sorry Andrzej Pietruszkiewicz

I got my renewal quote. £420. Great! But then, because i no longer need to comute to collage and back they changed it to £590? for using my bike a whole lot less? What a rip off. Then, I got an online quote £530 from the same company? Then when i called them with the reference number to accept the policy they made me answer every one of the online questions again? and then tried to add £5 on just because I called them? In summary, I think they are all the same, greedy and only care about getting you to pay as as they possibly can. How can it cost £170 more to not use your bike than it does to use it? I wish someone would do something about these insurance companies? It seems they actually have a license to steal. I could go on and on but it's a waste of time. They just keep getting away with it.

Very positive experience. Overall, compared with other past experiences I've had with insurers I found Lexham to be very good. Their operators were very helpful and clear, and I didn't feel like there was any 'hard sell' happening - they respected my decisions and weren't pushy.

It was OK but annoyed because I was phone for more than 40mins I did not like that one bit.

1. Lexham's CRM already had all my personal information but I had to spend some 30-mins to repeat everything. 2. There seemed to be too many 'value added' items, two of which I'm going to cancel having read the the documentation sent through: a) Excess - I would have to pay Lexham / underwriter £600 in the event of a claim which costs me a fee for this. If all the paperwork & T&C's are in order, this would then be refunded. b) Personal Accident Claim 3. It would have been nice to receive a single email with a single attachment, but instead I received multiple emails and each with PDF's, one of which contained around 11 attachments. This took me ages to pull up each pdf, read, then save in new folders on my laptop. 4. Cost to change - I was astounded that any change would cost c.£35 each. 5. The chap on the phone was polite and should be give a bottle of champagne for having to conduct this c.30-min screen for each phone call - actually two bottles! Best! McCabe b)

Very efficient, good service and only took half an hour to sort out all the necessaries to insure my new motorcycle. The process was pleasant and the contact person very friendly and helpful.

Compare the market.com pointed me to Lexham insurance the quote I was given from compare the market.com was was 490+300 XS once I spoke to the lady at Lexton the insurance was £532 and the XS it's got up to £800 a massive leap and the insurance is going to be split from two insurance companies one for third-party I'm on performance left but I was quoted for fully comp I must've had a really bad day with Lexham and good luck to anyone that dead with them but they will not admit there was a cock up and spoke to me like I'm wet behind the ears my ears are dry over 30 years of driving lol , how can Lexham be authorised to advertise on go compare.com when they are increasing the quotes and prices you receive from go compare.com they increase price The expression I will do you have all the flannel I felt to me would be polishing the turd I do believe watchdog will be interested in There customer service that they believe they give to us lol

Compare the market pointed me to Lexham insurance brokers the cost of the original quote from compare.com was £54 more on silent spoke to Lexington and the XS was £650 plus £250 but the compare.com XS was £300 Lexham are making up the wrong prices and increasing it
