Established in October 2000 Lexham Insurance was originally formed as a specialist broker handling Moped, Scooter and Motorcycle Insurance. The operation has rapidly expanded and now handles polices for tens of thousands of riders and drivers in the UK and Northern Ireland.

“For the moment I can only review with 4/5 stars, given that as yet I have only called customer service for a quote and later to change my personal details. In those 2 experiences , nothing was wrong and the staff was very patient and helpful.”

“Best insurance company I've had so far. And I've had a few. Went to renew my insurance with devitt insurance and they tried to double my quote for my bike. . Even though I've no claim bonuses etc it didn't make sense to me. So rang lexham insurance and they offered me not only cheaper than what devitt tried to charge me for renewal but even cheaper than my last year's insurance with devitt. . Because like I said I've no claims on my insurance and 5 years no claims bonuses so it shouldn't be going up , should be going down. !! Lexham insurance were very fast and friendly and very affordable! Will definitely be using them for the foreseeable future. And definitely recommended”

“I have insurance with them and it is a good price but you try getting hold of anyone, its impossible! Sat on hold for over 30 mins, sent facebook messages, they may get back to you in their own sweet time but don't hold your breath. Apparently they are always 'experiencing high call volume' this would lead me to believe they do not have enough people working for them because surely by now they should have realised how high the volume is! I would rather pay a little bit more and have the ability to actually speak to someone, I will not be renewing my insurance. No doubt lexham will reply to this low review asking me to email them which would actually be the only communication I've had so far with them.”
