“The quoted price was definitely the best on offer. However, they asked you to pay ar least a month but your renewal date, if you don't you are bombarded with emails, sometimes twice a day asking you to pay.”

“This company frauds people, I’ve tried to cancel the insurance over the phone. They told me to send an email! I did sent them an email, now it turned out they haven’t cancelled it and kept charging me for 3 months. Stay away!”

“Competitive motorcycle rates and quick estimation process for your policy. Unfortunately I cannot say the same when it comes to lead times to resolve open claims: 37 days and still no approval to repair my broken motorcycle (regardless of a hefty excess I will be paying) because of an attempted theft.”

“Been with these guys for 2 years now. Always been super friendly and the woman I spoke to the other day was beyond helpful and understanding. I'm still new to all this so she explained everything to me and took the time to make sure I understood what I was paying for which means the world to me. Its not overly expensive and have very manageable monthly payments coming out automatically so I don't have to worry about forgetting. More than happy with them”

“I am eternally grateful to Lexham for sorting out my breakdown recovery which didn't go too well in the hands of the actual breakdown assistance companies, having had to wait for over 3 hours for different vehicles to arrive. At home I tried to diagnose the fault myself to no avail & later on, Lexham agreed to convey my motorcycle to another dealer further away for service (having been messed around by my usual dealer). I must also say that they're great on price, I have had no real reason to shop around especially as they are very good for dealing with any other problems you may have.”
