“Tried calling them to cancel my insurance as I sold my bike but they told me I couldn’t access the account as I “gave them the wrong date of birth”. I know for a fact that was a lie because I know my own date of birth funnily enough. Then I tried to access my account online and it told me the same thing. So they have cocked up and will now charge me again when my insurance comes up for renewal on my old bike”

“Went through Bikesure originally and they kept responding with new questions. I've been riding 40 years.they then tried to charge me an exuberant fee.wont use them again.rang Lexham and spoke with Owen who spent a lot of time getting the right policy for me.(I have 2 bikes now).he was great recommend Lexham .”
