Established in October 2000 Lexham Insurance was originally formed as a specialist broker handling Moped, Scooter and Motorcycle Insurance. The operation has rapidly expanded and now handles polices for tens of thousands of riders and drivers in the UK and Northern Ireland.

“Awful experience. Getting in touch is ludicrous with 3 phone calls over 2 days of 40 minute wait times. Unhelpful and still waiting for a return call to cancel my policy Tried email and live chat too. Nothing responsive or live there!”

“I've used lexham for the last 3 or 4 years for motorbike insurance and they have been great but this year my renewal came through and it was nearly 3 times the price I haven't made any changes or had any claims plus there was quite a wait to speak to an advisor I don't think I would use them again.”

“Hard to get through on phone. Not easy to do online. First assistant couldn’t renew policy. - so why are you there ?? Price ok. Baffling bumf about policy. Couldn’t hear , didn’t understand. Paper copy arrived next day. Good. I’ll stick with them another year.”
