“The process was OK but the process also causes problems if you demand a ncb certificate when you say that your form will contact my old ins company before money is taken and deal is done and then when deal is done two email about certificate and a letter a week later. Not a good start but I'm happy enough.”

“No issues when taking out the policy. Wanted to charge £70 to add extra security onto my policy that didn’t bring the policy down. Not had to claim yet and I hope I never do. A lot cheaper than any other insurer though so full marks for that.”

“Cheapest by far. Other quotes were two or three times as much. However when I received the policy I could see that they were brokers for another company and they were making a good profit. The secondary Insurer was charging 170 and I paid lexham 280. 110 quid for doing little. Dunno how they’ll be. Once I’ve got some bike NCB we shall see how competitive they are. I trust no insurance company.”

“Good to deal with and helpful. However, I'm not sure that the insurance certificate is worded correctly (it says that commuting is not covered, whereas some commuting is covered). When we queried this, the representative offered to amend this, but the certificate came back the same. Just a little concerned in case I am stopped for not being covered by my insurance when I actually am covered.”
