“Cheapest by far. Other quotes were two or three times as much. However when I received the policy I could see that they were brokers for another company and they were making a good profit. The secondary Insurer was charging 170 and I paid lexham 280. 110 quid for doing little. Dunno how they’ll be. Once I’ve got some bike NCB we shall see how competitive they are. I trust no insurance company.”

“Good to deal with and helpful. However, I'm not sure that the insurance certificate is worded correctly (it says that commuting is not covered, whereas some commuting is covered). When we queried this, the representative offered to amend this, but the certificate came back the same. Just a little concerned in case I am stopped for not being covered by my insurance when I actually am covered.”

“For a first time client of purchasing insurance through Lexham the process was easy and beneficial. Great customer service over the phone and very supportive throughout, walking me through necessary info related to myself and options available to me. They take the time to listen and don’t push you into making certain decisions unlike other providers, they take there time to discuss your needs and requirements in a calm manner without feeling pressured, thank you for your support and understanding throughout.”

“Best quote I got this year. Came in through a comparison site. Spotted minor errors in statement of fact. Good job by customer services in amending but follow up information on refund could be clearer. The corrections were done pretty quickly. (I have revised review text following call from customer services about my review - three stars for that call :-))”

“Your site doesn't work on mobile, I had to use a laptop to create the insurance, which was a bit awkward as it wasn't my laptop, it was the guy's I was buying the motorcycle from.”
