“People very polite but don’t listen to all that was said while doing the quote I originally asked for pillions to be allowed but it wasn’t on my policy and when I asked for it you wanted to charge me another £68 so I declined that option even though it would be nice to have this is the only thing that annoyed me many thanks Paul vickers”

“The process was OK but the process also causes problems if you demand a ncb certificate when you say that your form will contact my old ins company before money is taken and deal is done and then when deal is done two email about certificate and a letter a week later. Not a good start but I'm happy enough.”

“Easy to include an extra scooter with modifications on to a new policy. Will use again.”

“No issues when taking out the policy. Wanted to charge £70 to add extra security onto my policy that didn’t bring the policy down. Not had to claim yet and I hope I never do. A lot cheaper than any other insurer though so full marks for that.”

“Would be good if I can renew my policy online and not by phone when the guy read all the t&c so quick that you can only say yes without really considering what you just agreed to.”
