“For the moment I can only review with 4/5 stars, given that as yet I have only called customer service for a quote and later to change my personal details. In those 2 experiences , nothing was wrong and the staff was very patient and helpful.”

“Best insurance company I've had so far. And I've had a few. Went to renew my insurance with devitt insurance and they tried to double my quote for my bike. . Even though I've no claim bonuses etc it didn't make sense to me. So rang lexham insurance and they offered me not only cheaper than what devitt tried to charge me for renewal but even cheaper than my last year's insurance with devitt. . Because like I said I've no claims on my insurance and 5 years no claims bonuses so it shouldn't be going up , should be going down. !! Lexham insurance were very fast and friendly and very affordable! Will definitely be using them for the foreseeable future. And definitely recommended”

“Waiting times to speak to an advisor on the phone is ridiculous. Tired 3 times waited 40min each time when I got through every helpful however had to still keep putting me on hold to find out information.”

“You really should have 5 stars but ...... On the 17th of May you received my payment for insurance for this year. BUT today the Renewals team warned I was no longer insured.”

“Being on the phone for an hour in a queue, which was answered four times by people who could not help me was infuriating. Amanda started a quote for me and suggested I put a message on line so I could have a call back once I had the requested information. The call back method was very effective, Tracey was excellent and sorted everything, an excellent representative for the company.”

“Found Lexham through MCN insurance comparison , Lexham was one of only two to offer on my bike.. Found that your web site was fine up until I found it impossible to pay through the web site , so phoned up instead and got excellent service.. Early days but so far seem ideal..”
