“When I broke down on my bike, a taxi did come to pick me up. However, the taxi driver didn't seem to have room for my bike in his taxi!- we had to move a lot of stuff, and then I had to lift the bike in myself - he didn't help me. I think you need to make sure that taxi drivers rescuing cyclists have a large vehicle that the bike will definitely fit in, that there is room for it, and that they are willing to help load the bike! If all this had been better, I would have given you 5 stars.”

“one of the employees at lexham gave me false information unfortunately I was not informed of this till the next day when policy commenced and I was charged a massive premium, I'd recommend avoiding lexham as they have poor customer service and charge massive amounts of money whenever they get the chance.”

“I bought the bike insurance with breakdown recovery. I had to use the breakdown recovery a week later. The team who took my call were very helpful and informative. The calkedonce to check I was ok while waiting for the recovery team. The recovery team that turned up were also very helpful. I was back on the road within an hour of making my initial request for help. Helpful, friendly, informative and efficient! Thank you.”

“Prices are very competitive. Customer service over is second to none. The lady who helped my 16yr old over the phone put him at ease and clearly explained the policies to him, making him less nervous. When I was called to confirm payment she was very polite and very clear. I couldn't recommend your service highly enough. Thank you”
