“4/5 stars because there is not even warning from 'Light in box' that you will have to pay extra charges for import duty/tax. The payment will just show up by transport organization. If I would not receive any information from delivery probably I would not receive my item.”

“I was very sceptical having never ordered before, but needing new dance shoes a member of my class recommended you. When I saw the prices and choices I was very encouraged so placed an order for two pairs totalling £57. It does take a little longer than normal delivery but happily, they arrived for a Ball I was attending. Very pleased with the service and delivery so far. Will be looking and ordering again”

“As you enter LITBox you are spoiled for choice by the wide range of choices, I cannot go in without spending a minimum of 1 hour, even at that I find myself going back in later in my day to browse. LITBox is the type of website that you'll find yourself going back time after time. I cannot fault their brilliant shipping, and in tandem with their shipping colleagues my orders have been delivered to me days before their due date. I would love to see larger size footwear for men. Thank you.”

“I purchase 2 dresses one was faulty HOLE on right arm seam front of dress No forms or any way of contacting request exchange or refund ! Both dresses The size was perfect but unable to contact anyone without downloading APP ... this I do not want to do ... Material bad unrepairable 19th May purchases and still waiting for instructions address etc but asked PayPal for help Not happy ITEM NOT RETURNED YET no idea where & how to send”
