“I was disappointed that you don't have a better returns facility. It is very off-putting to buy items in the future. It's a real case of you getting it right 1st time or you're stuck with your mistake. Having said that, the alternate facility of % credit is acceptable.”

“Having recently received my first order of 4 dresses, I am thoroughly delighted with this shop! The dresses are great for the price - not M&S quality, but not their prices either! The styles and colour options are just amazing. One of the dresses varied slightly from the image online, and they immediately offered me 30% off to keep it, rather than ship back, which I am happy with and will alter it myself. Customer services are exceptional, so don't hesitate to order from these guys.”

“Look product are good , not bad but retuning system is not good and because of that people not gonna come back again for shopping, if u send products from UK warehouses then when we go for returning it why we have to send it China that's sick .... I think light in the box gonna consider this matter because rerun and changing this is really important fact in clothing businesses Thank you But no thank u because I've been told to return my shoes to the chain so either way I will lose my money and get nothing , I know u guys providing compensation but we need product that why we have spent money not to get compensation. Hope you got it bye”

“The products are very nice my partner loved the dress. But mor attention to detail when shipping orders would be ideal I've had two orders one the wrong size and one damaged with a hole in the product. To be fair both problems were put right very quickly indeed.”
