“Bought a swimming costume. Arrived a week later. Fit perfectly. Love it. Showed husband and asked if I looked like a mermaid. ? No more like an Orka he said .(a whale,) The costume is black with white side panels!!!!! He's in the spare room to sleep now!!!!!!!”

“I was disappointed that you don't have a better returns facility. It is very off-putting to buy items in the future. It's a real case of you getting it right 1st time or you're stuck with your mistake. Having said that, the alternate facility of % credit is acceptable.”
