“LightinTheBox make it very hard to return goods which do not fit/are different from how they appear on their website.Customer has to pay for return postage to China, and LiTB do not give full refunds.”

“Bought a swimming costume. Arrived a week later. Fit perfectly. Love it. Showed husband and asked if I looked like a mermaid. ? No more like an Orka he said .(a whale,) The costume is black with white side panels!!!!! He's in the spare room to sleep now!!!!!!!”
