“Look product are good , not bad but retuning system is not good and because of that people not gonna come back again for shopping, if u send products from UK warehouses then when we go for returning it why we have to send it China that's sick .... I think light in the box gonna consider this matter because rerun and changing this is really important fact in clothing businesses Thank you But no thank u because I've been told to return my shoes to the chain so either way I will lose my money and get nothing , I know u guys providing compensation but we need product that why we have spent money not to get compensation. Hope you got it bye”

“The products are very nice my partner loved the dress. But mor attention to detail when shipping orders would be ideal I've had two orders one the wrong size and one damaged with a hole in the product. To be fair both problems were put right very quickly indeed.”

“I would like to say "Thank You 2 to the the team at Light in the Box for a job well done as it took me ages to make my selection. the tps arrived on the date stated and the fit was great. and according to the sizing chart provided. At the moment I can't wait to show them off on holiday in Egepyt in 3 weeks time Yours Geoff Clarke”

“I am happy with the quality of products ordered but I am dissatisfied with the lack of advice given about items which you claim cannot be returned. Customers should be given more visible advice if this is the case. I am still waiting to here if I am getting a refund for items which do not fit. Access to direct customer care would be much appreciated. Please can I be emailed a prompt response and course of action.”

“4 items delivered quickly. All seem of good quality and 2 are perfectly fitting. 2 are a bit on the small side. Quickly offered cash back on both of these and due to cost of return, I accepted and gave both to a charity shop. Good experience IMO.”

“So far everything I've received from Light in the Box has been of great quality. It serves you to check the size description on each item as different makes and styles vary in measurements, but the size ref on each item is usually pretty accurate. I love to browse and then wail my favorites from the basket. I wale either because it's a great sale price or a must-have but always because it's something I love. So many different types of items to look at. I am not a person who likes store shopping but love this online store and having it delivered directly to my door. Be careful though the postage is heavy, make sure you allow for it in your budget.”

“I am NOT impressed at all with customer services, they dont want to resolve returns, just offer discount off next purchase BUT unsatisfied customers like me will not order again something simple like send a replacement that would fit is too difficult to resolve quality of goods is great, but I wont be ordering again Jeff Pitt”

“So far, I am new to Lighinthebox, however, the first purchase i made was as expected, as the picture shows. So no complaints. I am a firm believer in you get what you pay for, and the skirt was a good price and the quality was good for the price I paid. I was not disappointed with my purchase. I have ordered the same item in a different colour and a longer length. It took a while to arrive, but when i rechecked where it was coming from, i understood the delay. Advise, if you are in a hurry, check where coming from first.”
