I purchased 2 dresses recently which never arrived although your tracking info said they had. I am the only resident at my address so they could not have been signed for. I have made this point on numerous attempts to no avail. Unless the dresses turn up I will never use your service again.

Purchased a few items to which I was very happy with one of the items, however decided to return 2 items only to discover your company does not provide return Labels. The international postal charge ( cheapest) were to cost me £18.30 to return parcel, almost as expensive as 1 of the return i wanted to return!!! Due to this I won’t be purchasing from your company in the future. I would strongly advise shoppers to take extra precaution and purchase only what you need or want as returns can be very costly and you have no tracking system to guarantee your return is received or compensated.

Will never order from you again. The dress I ordered was very poor quality and fit and on looking to return it found that I would have to return it an Asian warehouse at a cost far in excess of the value of the dress.

It's very difficult and complicated to return items, you also only get a percentage of the cost back. Not easy to communicate or follow their returns procedure

Extremely difficult to make a return. No return label inside packaging. Or easy to find QR code like most Companies I have used. Website complicated to get around So I was not happy at all

My wife has had some! clothing she has pleased with However we have had the runaround since early January, Clothing not! as described or as in photos, If they don't send returns labels and My full refund their products will receive negative posts & reviews thoughout the internet. returns are impossible they want me to pay to return goods to China. They will not refund , keep bartering 30% and keep the goods / rags, all the way up to 70% . All I want are prepayed returns LABELS AND MY FULL REFUND! will send to ,Trading standards.?

I have purchased a dress which is far too big. I didn’t realise I would have to send it back to China at a cost of £22 as it can only go by tracked. And Royal Mail have had a cyber attack so are not doing overseas. So I am stuck with a dress to big and no refund

I made an order of 10 items in November 2022, however to date I have received only 4 items. I am still waiting for the rest of my order. I have sent emails after emails and still nothing. I find Lightinthebox to be very poor with regards to customer service

I have been very disappointed with items I have bought from LTB. Going forward I will not buy again. Clothes were either badly made or unfinished, too short or too large. Some of the items were not what they claimed to be. I did however get some items that were great. A bit of hit and miss overall.
