I was very disappointed with your return's policy as the item's didn't fit and I had to return them to china and wasn't told this before I ordered them I will not use your site again.

Complete misdescription on a number of items. Decsribed as faux linen mix and are 100% polyester as pre the label inside. Website guarantees quality and true likeness which isn't the case. A few items are Ok but it's very hit and miss No way to contact customer service. Overall don't waste your money.

Sizing guide was totally wrong. Some of the large items I bought were much largee than others and it was too expensive to return them. I've now unsubscribed from your website and will not be purchasing any other items.

Arrival was fine However the Sizes Quaity and finish on the products I've recived in the last 6 weeks are definitely not worth what I paid for and the tee shirts combats and trousers are all 2 sizes to small and I went by your sizing charts so you need to rectify that or get on to the manufacturers and get them to resize there products have spent a lot of money with you including postage and can't wear any of the products Kind Regards Paul Bailey

items took forever to come and when they did only two resembled anything like what the clothes that were pictured online. the returns policy is a deliberate trap engineered to discourage from sending the substandard stuff back

I purchased two dresses and sadly, one dresses looked nothing like what was advertised. I contacted them to return this, and under the consumer rights 2015 Act I am owed a full refund and the burden of the postage cost is on the retailer. However, LightIn The Box, wants me to pay to return a product falsely advertised. I will never buy from them again, and neither should anyone else! I want my money back and if not show you they are thieves that provide poor quality products! I would give ZERO if it was possible! I will be seeking advice as you are registered to operate in the UK !

I ordered 3 dresses recently. Only one was any good. One was far too small even though I followed the size guide. The other was a horrible slippery nylon even though the label said 100% cotton! Clearly false labelling. They make it impossible to return items as postage to China would be too costly and I would not trust the company to refund my money. So I had to take 2 dresses straight to the charity shop. I will never shop here again and do not recommend anyone to shop there either.

I purchased 2 dresses recently which never arrived although your tracking info said they had. I am the only resident at my address so they could not have been signed for. I have made this point on numerous attempts to no avail. Unless the dresses turn up I will never use your service again.

Purchased a few items to which I was very happy with one of the items, however decided to return 2 items only to discover your company does not provide return Labels. The international postal charge ( cheapest) were to cost me £18.30 to return parcel, almost as expensive as 1 of the return i wanted to return!!! Due to this I won’t be purchasing from your company in the future. I would strongly advise shoppers to take extra precaution and purchase only what you need or want as returns can be very costly and you have no tracking system to guarantee your return is received or compensated.

Will never order from you again. The dress I ordered was very poor quality and fit and on looking to return it found that I would have to return it an Asian warehouse at a cost far in excess of the value of the dress.
