“I ordered 3 dresses but only liked one of them. The colour of the other 2 was not true to the image online. The dress I liked has good shape and th colour was true to the online image, and very good value for money.”

“very disappointed that the clothes are not like the pictures, and the lack of easy ways to return garments if not happy. also if the postage charges are high why does it take so long to receive the items?”

“I recently purchased 3 items from Light in the box. Two of the items were GREAT, one of the items was damaged. I wrote to Light in the box attaching a couple of images to explain the damage. I received a message saying they would gladly replace the item as they could clearly see the image on the long sleeved t-shirt wasn't right. Happy with their offer of a replacement. Awaiting New Delivery to arrive”
