“I've found the site very good, with a virtually unlimited range of products to choose from. Decent prices, even before the excellent discounts, and quality products. Reasonably prompt delivery as well. Overall, I have been happy with my various purchases over the past couple of years and would recommend LITB.”

“I bought 3 hats which all came in the same box wrapped individually. No order note, purchase note, nothing of any confirmation description either. Very disappointed in warped brims on each of the hats. They look as if they've been poorly stored. Still looking how to return them.”

“I have been pleasantly surprised with the quality and the prices of the items that I have received. I was kept informed of the parcel delivery via tracking. Arrived when the tracking system said it would. If any hold up I was kept informed. Will support LightIn The Box. Keep up the good work.”
