“This is the second time that I have used Light in the box and I am just about to make my third purchase now. I started with something small to test the system, and purchasing a heat/vibrating knee brace for a sports injury. The item arrived in good time, and a less than 20 GBP was a great bargain compared to similar products elsewhere. The success of this purchase led to my second, larger buy, spending over 60 GBP, on a couple of T shirts and a coat. The material on one T shirt wasn't great, but it was so cheap that it transitioned comfortably to work shirt, so no complaint there. My only real issue was the fact that, whilst everything was well packaged and arrived quickly, the coat was squashed into a bag that was far too small and was therefore very creased on arrival, needing dry cleaning just to wear. Other than that, things were quick, convenient and very well priced (even better with the app discount). So much so that I have recommended the site to others and am looking forward to many more new items very soon.”
