“Bought 3 items. One pair of heated socks at approx 30 euros. The switch on one of these socks did not work. The second pair of heated socks were 17 euro. These are ok but wires travel under the sole of one of them and are slightly uncomfortable and finally the heated snood which works so far and is nice to wear. I have since received a reply back from customer service to refund for the broken item. Very appreciative of this and changes my opinion of this company.”

“My first 2 purchases were of very good quality and true to the photo and description the last purchase was very very disappointing not only nowhere near the description but also a totally different colour and poor quality and 1 day later reduced from the price I paid to half price won't be ordering again”
