“2004161436884068 Have not received this order number since April 25 2020. keep giving me a tracking number that never is correct. So dissatisfied. Others purchased had arrived on time, but not this one. Is a frustrating fallow up.”

“such a bad experience never again. I ordered goods 2 months ago. I did not get either the goods, nor the money back. During the last 2 months I placed several complains without success. By now the customer service became unresponsive. This is a scam.”

“DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE SCAMMERS!! Order was received after 20 days when promised much quicker. By the time it arrived, I had already sourced elsewhere. Now, they will NOT send me return information or credit me the $110 I spent on things I cannot use!”

“A big scam, I ordered an item only to have the delivery date changed from 19 days to 30 days to 90 days. I then requested a refund as this was a present and was going to turn up far too late. They then stopped answering my emails. Went through PayPal and they didn’t respond to their enquiries either. Stay away, because once they have your money they don’t want to know you. I have had to answer the questions beow as well as I could because there are no options for no refund or didn’t recieve item at all. If I ould give zero stars I would.”

“I gave one star just to write a review, but really is -4 stars. Don't waste your money this is the most fraudulent company in the whole world. I bougth some googles, even I paid $20 extras dollars for "express delivery" in 3-5 days, they shipped, (SHIPPED!!! not delivered) 30 days latter, then when I requested too many times the order be cancelled because the delay, but they delivered no matter what 45 days later. I used paypal so can't cancelled through the credit card. Finally the worse transaction in my whole life. Don't use this company. Don't waste your money.”

“I wish I had read these reviews before placing my order. Placed order in early Feb, late May and it's still not arrived, and I suspect it wont arrive. I've requested a refund but they say items must have been stolen after clearing customs... yeh right. Please do not buy anything from this organisation.”

“Faulty products and appalling customer service. I paid £43.26 for expedited delivery and insurance of a shower faucet and basin tap. I expected some delay due to the pandemic but after a month of no acknowledgement of my order I was told it was out of stock. It arrived about 6 weeks later and I had to pay £81 Duty charge-this was not communicated. The tap is faulty and drips so had to be removed. The customer services take ages to respond and now have said they’ve credited me with £37.18 to spend on the site! I will never shop there again! I want a full refund and apology for the appalling service. DDO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!!”
