“Never recvd order. Finally was able to get a phone number and was told had no inventory but would refund. Never got refund. Paypal is investigating. Please read reviews before ordering. I didn't and now am out a few bucks.”

“I don’t even want to give this place one star. I never received the item. After two months they wrote and told me to wait another two months before contacting them again as the package could be delayed in the post. Thank God my purchase was not that expensive. Please don’t waste your time and money on this site! Scammers”

“When Light in the box sell you anything, it takes weeks to arrive, they do not communicate with you and when it’s faulty the expect you to pay return costs, luckily I only lost £13.95, I got Pay Pal involved but they would not refund me as I refused to pay return cost to CHINA. DONT DEAL WITH LIGHT IN THE BOX”

“This Company is a complete Scam. My order - #36466173. They take the money, no matter how small then although you can see the order in your email they show no records, meaning that you cannot contact customer services or check on delivery status etc. I am seeking advice from banks, but please be warned... do not use this company it’s a CON, you will not receive everything. SCAM SCAM SCAM.......”

“Bought a light (figures right?). They provided a bunch of shipping details but in never made it to the US where I live. I sent 3 emails asking for info. No responses. PayPal was their usual ineffectual self and couldn’t help. LIB is a scam site (PayPal? Just clowns).”

“This site is a scam. I placed my order on 4/6/2020 and paid the expedited shipping costs to have them here in 5 - 7 business days. Every time I have contacted them, I get the same response, "so sorry please wait a few more days"! It has now been almost 2 months and I still have not received package and have received not updates from them! Worst experience I have ever had”

“I am very sad about your company. We ordered a lot of stuff 2 monthes ago (face masks, etc.) for 200 dollars and never arrived. I wrote to the customer service 2 times and they said it will come...until now...still did not. No stuff, no money refound.”

“Do not order from this company. Ordered an item with them 6 weeks ago and still have not received it. I have contacted them countless times at this stage and now they’re completely ignoring my messages. All I wanted was my package which I ordered on the 16th of April but now I want a refund as it’s absolutely scandalous at this stage. Can’t track my package and get in touch with anyone at CS. Stay away from this company. They’ll take your money and run.”
