More like s*** in the box. Some Parts arrived (after 2 months and after numerous chase emails), some never did. They ignore your refund requests. Criminals. They know what they’re doing when it comes to Stealing your money : ) Shame I didn’t do my homework beforehand.

The dress was of a very inferior quality and badly made. Not nearly as nice as it looked in the picture. The cost of returning it was too high to make it worthwhile. I've put it down to a bad experience!

They took too long on shipping my order and they got my order. It’s a waste of time and money NEVER will order there again.

Terrible experience. Took over a month to arrive and I couldn’t contact them as no trace of my order! When it did arrive it was completely different lol. I ordered headphones and got a diy clock kit? Luckily I paid through PayPal and LIB have asked for me to return the clock , which I have done on principle. The postage cost more than the item itself, but PayPal have been good and refunded me the postage costs. The item is tracked and hopefully I will get my refund. It all seems like a huge scam! To ask me to return for thing worth pennies seems they hoped I would just forget about it but I won’t. They should stop ripping people off!

I ordered 2 items from them in May still waiting on products. They keep giving same old message, changing time for delivery or it is in transit. I would not recommend to anyone. Still waiting for both products. They had no problem taking the money though.

Ordered 3 t-shirts @ £12 each - the shipping cost was a whopping £18 - they arrived nearly 3 weeks later but were all different sizes. When I emailed them they immediately put the onus on me to PROVE that the sizes were wrong by demanding that I send them a photo with tape measure on the t-shirt. When I did this they said the shirts came from different suppliers so it couldn't be helped. I reminded them that it is THEIR responsibility to ensure what THEY SELL is as described on their website but they ignored this and are basically telling me to f**k off. These people are CRIMINALS and they should NOT be allowed to trade. Anyone got any ideas as to who to contact about this?

Happy? No way. Ordered a faux orchid, site show orchids in a silver vase. Received some faux something, no vase, just these very ugly stems. Returning too much an effort..just wasted my $$. Big mistake trusting the site. Never, never, never again, horrible experience. Would request a refund, item not as shown but.....

Never received order. Waited over 6 weeks and got told to wait 90 days before they would send it again. Don't order from these thieves

I would give this website 0 stars if possible. I ordered Fitbit straps on the 11th March 2020 and I am still waiting for them to arrive. I emailed them at the beginning of May to ask for an update and they told me to wait until 9th June for it to arrive. It still hasn't arrived. I have emailed them in the last few days to tell them this. I received no apology from them and they have told me to get in contact with my local post office. They told me due to the worldwide logistics needs burst, the worldwide logistics staff are overloaded. They must be extremely overloaded if they are taking over 93 days to deliver and to be honest I don't think I will ever get my order.

These people just can't stop.....they either can't read what people say or have no communication whatsoever. I was asked to review on their website - I said they were rubbish, thieves and took no notice of people, if the answer wasn't so stupid, I'd be fearful for them as a Buisness, so in answer to your email. Dear customer, Thank you for shopping with us. Please understand that the total delivery time consists of both the processing time and the shipping time. On our website the processing time appears on the product page, right above the "add to cart" button. The shipping time is different for each shipping method. For more information please see the following Me - so if the shipping date states 19 days add at least 20 more days on if it ever arrives If the package is still in transit, please kindly wait. If you need any assistance, you may submit a ticket. They will be glad to provide professional help within 24 hours. Me - transit a snail could of got here faster.....professional help, now you must be joking......I got answered in Portuguese, English, wrote approx 20 emails, opened tickets told no to refund about 20 times.....you call that professional.....I call that rubbish. You can click here to see the review and reply. Me - oh yeah, takes you to your website to see more rubbish products that do not arrive - no review anywhere..... Hope you always enjoy shopping with LightInTheBox.com - this takes the cake, how can shopping with you be enjoyed.......you take people's money, no good arrive, a person spends weeks telling you that no goods have arrived, you spend weeks ignoring them by saying like a robot, in transit, in transit, no refund no refund, no one reads anything, you leave people exasperated.....and you call that enjoyable...........I'll say it again DO NOT BUY FOM THESE PEOPLE

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY Goods took 4 weeks to arrive - eventhough it says 7 days guaranteed. When it did arrive the XXL jacket for our dog would be lucky to fit a chihuahua. I went into the site to find out how to send it back but our order had been removed so there was no way to complete any paperwork to send it back. There is no email contact nothing. Never use this company.

I don’t even want to give this place one star for this company. I never received the item. I have been tracking and discovered that the product arrives here in US and was sent back to NETHERLANDS (?) Oh my gosh... Please don’t waste your time and money on this site! Scammers

I placed an order in March and have not recieved the items, I wrote to customer service and got one reply saying sorry for delays and now I cant even contact them again! its 2 and half months and I still havent recieved my order, I have my I'd number and everything no customer support or answers to why it hasnt arrived I wont be ordering from them again!!!!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The communication from them is shocking. I placed an order over two months ago and have had nothing! No sign of order or refund. It's a scam.

I wish if I could see the reviews before I purchase from them, I ordered a case for my iPhone.. their application says it’s shipped and nothing came in my mail box DON’T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN
