TERRIBLE costumer service. After an unacceptable delay in processing my item prior to shipping my items arrive too late to given as presents, I sent the items back to the seller. It took four emails saying the same thing to get them to understand I had returned the items and wanted a refund. After they finally understood the items were on their way back they stopped the message chain and i was forced to start a new chain which they completely ignored. i was forced to go through Paypal to get them top communicate with me.

No way to return/contact. Ordered an item which, when received, was unsuitable. Found that although the item was sent from within the UK, the address provided for returns was in China. The website said that to arrange a return, customers must log into their account, select item and request a return receipt. Logging into my account, which now comes up in Spanish, it shows no orders. Scoured website for email address for customer services. The only means of contact is one email address to be used only for businesses. With no other means of contact, I sent an email. This was replied to with me being told this was not the email address for customers and advised only to click on a link leading to a form to 'submit a ticket' to customer services. Clicking on the link, the page is in Spanish. Clicking on the link within this page takes me to another Spanish language page with no further links. The company clearly do not make returns easy. Or in my case, possible.

My package never arrived even after 2 months. They don’t want to refund me. Very bad customer service.

First time ordering from this site. So disappointed. I ordered 2 dresses for my mum. Money came out but no confirmation email, go to check my order on my account and it says I have made no order. To question them about this it says you have to go in to your order which they say I didnt make 😡. Really should have checked the reviews. Shocking

UNSATISFIED AND VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE WAY LightInTheBox has handle my issue with a phone case I purchased on their website. The case was for Galaxy S10, S10plus and S10e, however, when I received the phone case it was smaller than my phone, which is Galaxy S10plus. This made no sense as the description and size was supposed to fit my phone with no issues. I sent a request to have the case exchanged and I was told to send a picture of the phonecase and the barcode, which I did and I never heard back from them again. To make it worst, there's no phone number for me to reach them to have my issue resolved. I've sent numerous request to follow up on what I should do next, in terms of returning the wrong case and for them to sent me the correct one. I even did a review on their website to see if anyone will reach out to me, which they did, to only tell me that I should sent my request to customer service and they'll get back to me in 24hrs. I responded back to the rep that replied to my review but this rep did not reply to me after that. Its been over a month and at this point, I'm left to assume that I'm stuck with a phonecase that does not fit my phone and I'll have to purchase another one from elsewhere. I WILL NEVER SHOP ON THIS SITE AGAIN AS MY EXPERIENCE WITH THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEIR SERVICING OF THEIR CUSTOMERS AFTER TRANSACTION IS COMPLETE, ONES THEY RECEIVE YOUR PAYMENT, THEY DON'T CARE.

No product. Endless excuses of why no delivery and in the end attempts to stonewall refund. I went through credit card and had them refund. If it sounds to good to be true it probably isn’t and I should have known.

Item arrived, too small, impossible to return, no contact details available. Tell you to log into your account and submit a form,no account? Open app, says no order so can't submit form, £60 costly lesson, but hopefully PayPal will be able to sort. Do not purchase from this site.

Place order on April 19th. Today is June 22nd still no delivery. And when I requested a refund, they said can't do since it was shipped. Thankfully I used PayPal and have initiated a complaint for a refund.

Warning beware do not order from them, they take your money and never ship item, I’ve asked for refund but they say I need to reject delivery! I’ve been waiting over two months for delivery!!

Bought from them two months ago and the order hasn't arrived, there is no information about the package so I tried to speak with them, after ALOT of work trying to contact them they told me to wait 10 more days and if it won't arrive till then they'll take full responsibility, Guess what?.. it's been more then two weeks since then and they don't even respond to my massages! Needless to say I won't ever buy there again, don't do the same as my mistake! I buy a lot from AliExpress, Amazon and eBay, can't even compare customer service...

Extremely disappointed. Wig not fit for purchase. High price for a badly made wig. Buyer beware. I will not be advising anyone to but a wig from this company. Too expensive to return the wig. Took it to a charity shop

Ordered 3/4/2020. Paid for expedited shipping. Its now 19/6/2020. They did not use expedited shipping. I have asked for a full refund 8 times. They keep fobbing me off saying wait another 3 weeks, another 2 weeks. Its lost in China somewhere. They now say I have to wait until the end of AUGUST FOR DELIVERY THAT'S 5 MONTHS SINCE I ORDERED. NEVER AGAIN WHAT A SHAM COMPANY.

Do Not Buy From This Company My top arrived and was not what I had ordered. I am in the UK but returns have to go back to China and be tracked, so it was going to cost me almost as much to return the item as it cost to originally buy it. Complete rip off.
