Worst experience ever I've shopped online many times but light in the box has to be my worst shopping experience ever its almost 2 months still have not received 3 of my products i regret buying from you guys and the worst thing is that i cannot get my money back. Please i need my money back call me 0790354402.

AVOID Light in the box at all costs. Ordered 4 months ago and still not delivered. All communication with the company is replied to via bots, and cannot get a refund. Internet is full of similar stories. Don’t believe the 5 star reviews as these are fake and automated and implemented by the company to counter balance the many many many one star reviews Awful company: awful customer service AVOID

DO NOT....I REPEAT....DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. THE QUALITY OF THEIR PRODUCT IS THE WORST I HAVE EVER SEEN IN MY LIFE. I ORDERED WHAT I THOUGHT WAS A STANDARD ORDER AND WHEN I WANTED TO RETURN IT, I WAS INFORMED THAT IT WAS A MADE TO MEASURE ORDER SO DOES NOT QUALIFY FOR RETURNS. THE ENTIRE PROCESS HAS BEEN A TOTAL DECEPTION. IN ADDITION TO THE DECEPTION I HAD TO PAY AN EXTRA $136.07 IN CUSTOM FEES THAT WAS NEVER MENTIONED IN THE ORIGINAL ORDER. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! ! ! ! ! ! !

Order size 34 shorts. Completely the wrong size. Labelled 34, which customer support say should be a UK 33, but I would say they are a 30 as they don't fit me at all. Especially so as they are supposed to be "loose bootcut", which should be a looser fit all round, not a tighter one. I have several pairs of shorts and jeans which are all 34 and fit fine. No chance of an exchange as you need to pay postage to China. Avoid at all costs

Ive been waiting months for a package i was promised within 7-15 business days. Have asked for a refund but they refuse to give it to me. Also all three tracking numbers given to me havent worked. Dont buy save your money it would be safer (and faster) buying a package of of Wish

Don't know about the clothing side but seriously suggest people DO NOT BUY THE ELECTRICAL ITEMS sold. Ordered a LED light on a reel. Came after 2 months didn't work. Asked for a replacement. Came more quickly but once again came WITHOUT THE PLUG ADAPTOR (picture on internet shows WITH an adaptor). 2nd one worked initially with ALL colours illuminated but alas didn't last long. Problem is the remote control doesn't work as the small unit that is attached to the end of the reel has to be connected to the prongs & this piece of equipment is so flimsy it doesn't give a snug connection, The only way to keep the multi-coloured lights on permanently is to hold it with your hand. Practical I don't think so!!!!!! Have asked for a FULL REFUND but don't think I'll hold my breath. COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY.

I had paid for 12-20 day shipping. After 30 days (most of which it was stuck in China) I contacted the company. I had spent extra so that if the item disappeared/got lost in transit they would replace it. Due to COVID-19 I contacted to ask about delays and when my package should arrive. They gave me a date and I waited. I contacted them again about having the item resent and they told me to wait another month. I ended up getting a full refund only because I called them out on social media and they wanted me to take down my series of posts. Be careful where you shop and don't shop at light in a box.

I ordered a flip full body case for my phone and on their web site they showed lots of pictures for Samsung as well as cover for my phone. I order the case but they sent me the incorrect case. Their website extremely cluttered and misleading. So, I asked for refund. They told me that I have to send the product to China when I got the package from Jamaica, New York. The catch is postage to China is lot more expensive then within U.S.A. They hope that the customer will not send the item back and they can keep the money. Please be aware of this. We should only buy from companies within U.S.A.

This company has horrible customer service. We went out of town over the 4th of July weekend, and when I got back into town I emailed them to see about exchange the shoes for a half size larger. They were shoes for a wedding. They informed me I was one day over their 7 day return policy and that they wouldn't do anything for me. I never write reviews, but I don't want the same thing to happen to anyone else! Now i have spent $60 + dollars with shipping on shoes my daughter cant wear!

Ordered a watch strap 4 weeks ago . No sign of it coming. Received no emails or correspondence from them telling me it’s been shipped. I wished I had looked at reviews first would never off used this site. Quiver enough to take the money but no sign of goods. Would not recommend this site to anyone just seems a scam

Worst company I've ever ordered from in my life. If I was given the option for 0 stars that's what it would have been. Ordered a set of led strip lights for my daughter. A $20 strip ended up costing $40 to ship. Said it was coming from Burlington Ontario so didn't understand that, but she wanted them and I got suckered into it because it was supposed to be 2 day shipping. Well next thing I know I get a text from DHL saying I owed another $20 for duty. Contact light in the box and asked why my package was stuck at customs and being held until I paid the duty when it said that they would be shipped from within the country. Also asked why I paid for "2-day shipping" when it had been ~10 days by that point, and it was still at customs. They ignored the part about why it wasn't sent from where it said, as well as the question about why I paid for something that I clearly didn't get, but tried to tell me that it was because I paid for "express shipping and they like to target those for jacked up duty fees". When I said that wasn't how it was done and that I would like my money back and I would send it back to them when it arrived, I then was sent their reply email. In it I was told that they had requested DHL to return the product to them, that they would not be refunding me my money, and if I change my mind in the future that I would have to pay the same amount for shipping. I have since contacted Visa, to which the lady I spoke with informed me that I'm not the only one she's heard of calling and asking to get them to have the money refunded. In fact the lady I spoke with also had this happen to her a couple months ago! Save yourself the time and hassle, just order from an actual reputable place such as Best Buy or another similar company

The most horrible customer service. They send me the wrong product and expected to send it back and to pay for the shipping. The shipping cost more then the product , over $50. Paypal was OK to give the money back , but they don't pay for the shipping. Please , Please do not buy from this Chinese website, its horrible.

If l could give zeros stars l would. Purchased items as they were cheapest. Was informed parcel would take 7 days max only for it to be sitting in the DHL sorting facility for 10 days waiting for £30 duty and taxes to be paid, which turns out they are more expensive than anywhere else. Duty and taxes is not in their delivery section on their website. I am so angry l am going to report them for misleading information. Hopefully, so no one else get caught. Don't know why they want invoice to reply, when it takes them ages to answer a mail.

2 deliveries: 1-was quoted as 15-20 business days and still no news after 35 business days. 2-was quoted as 5-8 business days and took 25 business days. These are bathing suits that are for birthday presents. By the time I get them, summer will be over and I will have missed their birthday. They SHOULDN'T advertise false delivery times.
