Ordered white orchids but cream ones were received which are no good to me at all. If I return them it will cost me nearly as much as I paid for them so no point. Will definitely NOT be buying from them again.

I received a BROKEN product and I returned it on May 19th!!!! Your SCAM company is constantly giving me the run around and REFUSE to REFUND my money!!!!!!!!

Waiting for delivery since the end of April (it’s now August 5th). After being put off with excuses that the delay was due to the shipping option I chose, I tried to reply to the ongoing email thread with customer service only to be told the concern had been closed. I started a new complaint but doubt I’ll ever see my item or a refund. Should have bought this locally. The price difference isn’t worth the frustration (and over 90 days of waiting for a seasonal item).

What a rip off. All clothing ordered was defective, off size, poor quality, poor sewing, unwearable. When you attempt a return, you have to file "claims" for each item and document the deficiencies. Just dispute the charge...horrible customer service.

My bad experience with this company parallels the others here. No real customer service. Merchandise was all defective. They attempt to put the monkey on your back to prove you deserve a refund. Then they offer you a settlement. Go to your credit card company and dispute the charge. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

I'm totally disgusted with this company. Ye took my money & now I'm going to the Gardai because I'm not getting anywhere with ye. How can I have an order number or ID number when ye never sent me one.

Ordered something on july 24th. Got no email with order number - nothing. The money was debited from my account the minute I ordered it €20.45. I'm disgusted I cant email or contact you in any way. When I try I'm sent around in circles. It's not good enough.

I ordered 2 items from them and informed "sent" a tracking no that did not work and and no response when I queried the not revived parcel problem. Tried to cancel the order and still no response.

Thank you for the reviews will not be buying. They not even cheap for us in South Africa. I think I'll get cheaper from China town in our area and better quality.

I had no idea that the goods were being dispatched from China. There was no mention that tax would be payable. On goods valued at £30 I have had an invoice from DHL the carrier for £18.17. Definitely missrepresentation by Light in the Box

Do not waste your time and money. I had ordered a product in May 2018 which was said to have been shipped immediately. I have not receive it till date. Every ticket logged was closed stating the product was on the way.

Do NOT I REPEAT DO NOT purchase from this company. They hold your money send you nothing then have a NON EXISTENT customer service. Complete con. Think they earn by taking interest from all the big sales they make. Where is my refund ad.never got lights of thermometer. #Light in the Box are S☆☆T in a box for sure.

For all those reviews in this site. Most of us paid with credit cards, go to your credit card company for a charge back. It may take some time but you can get you dollars back. This company is the worst of frauds I have seen. Ever changing delivery dates from 22 days to 60 days. I gave up at 80 days. No response whatsoever. The only responded when they got the charge back from my credit card company and advised me that if dropped the charge back they would get in touch with me to assist in the refund. They forgot the six unresponded to messages I sent them. Who ever allowed them on the internet is just as guilty as they are. "!!!! FRAUD!!!!!"

It took over 1 1/2 months for a dress. It arrived too late for the wedding. I’m now without a dress and still had paid for the item. Impossible to get ahold of them. Trying to retrieve order info it as indicating I didn’t have an order yet I got charged! Don’t bother. It truly comes on the slow boat from China!

Paid for expedited shipping and still took a month to receive a package containing two types of masks needed for protection from Covid 19 on airplane. Not only did they arrive after the scheduled flight but I only got 6 out of 10 masks of one kind. After 3 months their offer to refund if I send item back and pay for all shipping is ridiculous. My advice is avoid purchasing anything from this company.
