I ordered a non contact ultra thermometer on April 3rd 2020, was given a tracking number on the April 13th, even though I paid for 12 days delivery. Today is May 13th 2020 and God knows when my thermometer will be delivered. Please do not order from them. It's a SCAM

Order was placed April 11, 2020 cashed 4-13-2020. Still waiting. no response to my e-mails, no tracking number so I know is wasnt sent. Prices are good but it would be better if received the product. Glad I didnt invest only $27. I will give to June due to cronov 19 before removing it from my charge

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SITE - Light in the Box OR Mini in the Box. I should've read the reviews. We thought we were purchasing from a European site. We paid to have expedited shipping to have delivered in 6-9 days. Order April 6th. Nothing from them until May 8th. When it arrived we had to pay an additional 33 euro for customs/duties (for a couple of Fitbit straps!) The customs officer said that they were getting a lot of orders from this company with duties to pay and if you refuse to pay and return to sender, Light in the Box will not accept and will not refund order. So disappointing. What a complete waste of money.

Dear clients , this vendor is cheater. they sent me piece of rag instead of wedding dress ,awfull quality and work as well ! EXTREMELY cheap meterial, not like on pics at all. moreover i was denied to return the item plus, who liers, gave you the right to burden with hidden expences?double shippment fee! non announced DHL shippment fee on felivery i NEVER agreed to???i already paid internation shippment on your site! cheaters!! never EVER order with them

Ordered face masks on April 5th from these scam artists. Paid a hefty amount for delivery with DHL, which was supposed to arrive around 10th-15th of April. Not only it hasn't been delivered but they have been ignoring my attempts to contact them for the last 2 weeks. They have put now a FAKE tracking number, purportedly from Netherlands' Post Office (for a delivery from China to Canada?!?!), which does not produce any results and pretend they haven't received my numerous request to cancel the order and get a refund. Here is the catch: if the order is listed as "shipped" on their website, you cannot receive a refund. So, with a fake tracking number, they can pretend we are all waiting for over a month for DHL to deliver a small packet. AVOID. AVOID. AVOID. I cannot stress this enough. Avoid them like the plague. This is a SCAM and I am not the only one who has suffered from their shady sales tactics.

Please don't use this site. Terrible. 3 months delivery time. No customer service. Slightly resembled picture of item & i mean slightly. I repeat, do not use this site. They just want your money.

Read the reviews and thought maybe they had a bad day. Nope, they are as bad as people say they are. Waited 11 days after they said they shipped Order 2004231237030872 to ask why USPS still had no record of the shipments. Chrickets. Day 12 crickets. Day 13 crickets. Going to cancel my order. Thankfully I used PayPal so I should get my money back. Would definitely not recommend.

Paid for express delivery £9, it's been over 2 weeks and they still can't provide tracking information. Contacted them 3 times now and they tell me to ask my local post office for information.......JOKE

I ordered over 3 weeks ago and paid extra for expedited shipping and tracking my package is not possible it keeps saying it's not in the system even though I got an email over a week ago stating it was shipped but still nothing. My advice dont order from this company theyr crooks!!!!

oh god I ordered a very big order for 130 euros a couple days ago reading these reviews I'm shocked honestly hope to god it comes in 2 weeks ill keep u updated ……. wont be able to sleep tonight

BEWARE # DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!! Order number #36844221 for LED lights that were purchased the 15th April for my daughters birthday and 4 weeks later it has still not arrived and she is devastated. There website won’t let me contact them. Thought I was purchasing from the UK but since found out that they are based in China!!!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY # BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We, like other, bought an item expecting delivery to be from the UK. Goods (in our case dog clippers needed urgently) were said to take 3-6 days to arrive, by Royal Mail. That was on the 9th of April. We are still waiting and it is now the 11th of May. Numerous emails later, with our requesting a full refund as they missold the item, we have been offered £3.30. Disgusted. Our poor dog has been really suffering. Also going to contact our credit card company. DO NOT BUY from either Light in the box or Mini in the Box (the same company).

I Judge a company on its customer service as will al get things wrong every now and again I was sent the wrong product and instead of helping me with there mistake I am finding in hard to get any reply's from them so be very careful dealing with them as the after sales customer service does not exist looks like I have done my money

I would have given them a -5 but that rating was not available. Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with and I buy almost exclusively online. The ad showed that they would ship within 4 days of your order. They failed to tell me that the shipment was coming from China. It took 29 days from order date to delivery date for me to receive the gloves I ordered. After 20 days I wrote them and asked them what had happened to my order and they replied that I needed to check with the shipper to see where the order was. I don't feel like it's my place to check with the shipper plus I had no idea who the shipper was other than the post office which was the final drop off service and they said they had received notification that a delivery was coming but they still hadn't received it. I will never order from this place again and all those good reviews they received had to have been paid for.

They are a scam. Once you pay they say delivery is in 3 to 5 days however they take a week to list item as processed, once they list as shipped the tracking number says they have notify UPS of shipments. If you inquiere at this point they ask you to wait one more week and then they disappear never delivering. AVOID THE SCAM.

I actually received my items (2 shirts) The quality was absolutely shocking the styling and colour were nothing like the photo in the add, they were advertised as Linen shirts but are 100% polyester. Based on my very negative experience I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Do not order anything from them. I ordered a pair of exercise leggings and even though the shipping time should take up to 7 business days, I've been already waiting for over 3 weeks and now I'm receiving an alert that the package has been returned to sender as wrongly addressed. I've double checked my account and the address I provided is 100% correct. What is more, when I messaged the customer service they sent me a statement that the package cannot be delivered and in these circumstances it's not refundable. This doesn't make any sense as first of all, when you make the order you have you pay an additional small amount for insurance, which I also did, secondly I did not receive the package because of their mistake (if that's even true)... They're just scums who want your money and don't care about customer's rights. Don't ever buy anything from lightinthebox. Waste of time and money! Someone should seriously ban them!!!
