DO NOY BUY FROM THIS COMPANY- there is excess tax once it is shipped that you must pay before you get your goods.

LTB has ignored my request to, "UNSUBSCRIBE", for a month or more. They are creating more and more bad feelings and bad recommendations as the days pass. Does anyone know why they refuse to act on a customer request? I've sent the request more than 20 times! They can only use the COVID excuse for so long . . .

I have ordered a pillow sets. No package, No response, No refund. I paid close to $65. for my package and Expedite fees and Insurance. Please beware. This is a scam. BBB will be notified.

I have been asked to pay £18.17 income tax on an item costing £30 plus £7 postage. I understood the goods were being sent from within the UK, not from China. I have asked for a refund. We will see

I've ordered thermometer as our old broke down. Paid extra for quick delivery 3-5 days. They gave me log in details to track my order..my account details never worked. No contact no connection email ..after when I open refund case with PayPal about 4 week after they sent me suspicious stickers. PEOPLE NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM IS A SCAM.

This is my second bad review regarding my watch that's over a month not arrived. I even paid p&p to arrive on time. 7 days. I would actually just like a refund now. I have tried to contact customer services and no go. When I ordered my watch I didn't receive a email or customer number but money left my account . My email number I would like to send to you for lightinabox. To contact me urgently as I want my refund.

This company and all its employees should be burned in hot oil. How dare they take my money and never ship the item. They are scammers. I mean what else should we expect from Beijing China. My review is nothing but negative. They don’t even deserve 1 Star! My mistake was not looking into the company before ordering. Dirty filthy chinks!!!!!!!!!! go to hell!!!!!!!

Horrible Horrible company My daughter ordered from them on April 21 she paid an extremely large shipping fee to have her order shipped in 3 days the order never shipped until april 27, as of May 7 it still has not arrived. Customer service is a joke to this company. No phone number is listed on any website. Package tracking is next to impossible with the company. No one has responded to the demand to refund the shipping charge.

package has never arrived. I asked for a refund and they closed my ticket saying it was collected by china post for delivery to NZ. This was correct as per the tracking. As far as I can ascertain it is still in China . They do not take responsibility after the package has been sent . I will never deal with them again. They were not prepared to replace or even try and locate it at their end.

If I could give them a zero I would!!! My order was taken April 3 and they charged my credit card that day, including an expedited shipping charge (3-5 business days). Its now over a month since my order and nothing has arrived and no communication! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!

What the hell man. It’s been over a month- there is a tracking number but it’s useless. I WANT A TOTAL REFUND. The won’t even let me send an email asking - calling my credit card company tomorrow to cancel the order that way. SCAMMMMMMMERS.

Beware! This company appears to be a scam. I placed an order a month ago. The order never arrived. When I contacted the company to find out what is the situation, they provided 2 different explanation in the same email reply: On the one hand they stated that the order is on its way. At the same time, they gave me a tracking number for USPS which claimed that the order was delivered to my doorstep. But the order never arrived. Moreover, USPS does not recognize this tracking number. I wrote again to the company to let them know that the order never arrived. They replied that the case is closed. I attempted to contact customer service again twice, but there has been no reply. Note that every review listed for the company by Consumer Affairs is marked as “verified reviewer”. I don’t know what that means. It certainly does not suggest that the writer is a verified buyer. Also note that some of the 5 star reviews are marked as “featured by LightInTheBox.com”. Both of these clues should provide an added warning not to do business with this company. Do not try to buy from this company. You may never receive the item you paid for.

I did not receive my order even though I was notified of a delivery. There is no way to contact the company. I hope I can dispute it with my credit card company.

This place is a scam. The specifications they give are so sparse, and the images so vague, that it's practically impossible to order the right bulbs . . . and if you order the wrong ones, as I did, their return policy, briefly stated, is that you'd do better to keep them and swallow the loss. Why? Because to get a refund, you can't return the product to their office, but to China, and the postage and handling are so prohibitive. Swindle.
